**Parents are asked to find seating along the west wall of the facility (by the locker rooms) while viewing swim lessons, as this
enables swimmers and instructors to focus on skills. Swim school students may choose to open swim before and after class.
Anyone under the age of 5 must have a parent in the water within an arms reach, ages 6-7 parents must be in the pool area,
and ages 8-10 parent must be in the facility. Thank you for your cooperation.**

Centre Cyclones
Calling all triathletes and lap swimmers! Centre Cyclones are here! This
program is for anyone who is comfortable swimming at least one lap,
but would like some direction and stroke correction to help improve their
efficiency, technique and speed in the water. We will meet one morning per
week to focus on stroke correction and technique. However, if you come at a
different time, workouts will be available to be checked out at the Welcome
Center when you come in to swim laps. Workouts will be categorized into
beginner, intermediate and advanced. All workouts build on top of one
another and focus on stroke correction, endurance, and speed. This is a
great opportunity to meet other lap swimmers and start working towards
improving your strokes and your endurance.

OUR WINTER 2011 PROGRAM GUIDE IS BROUGHT TO YOU BY:
It is through the generous support of our sponsors that The Centre is able to offer the
variety of programs and services to our members and the communities we serve. We thank
them for their commitment and for all they do for the New Richmond area.
TELL US YOUR STORIES
Everybody comes to the Centre for different reasons. We feel fortunate to have a place that
has so much to offer - from classes for all ages, to a wonderful pool for learning and fun, to
a fitness center complete with the most updated equipment. Also, many people come for
social reasons and see neighbors and make new friends.
So let us know how the Centre has impacted you or your family. It can be as simple as your
favorite thing to do at the Centre and why. Some stories may share how they have become
healthier or that you enjoy participating in a group exercise class. Your story can also
include pictures created by your children showing what they like to do at the Centre. Your
story is your own personal reflection.
You can write it up and bring it in or email your story to jhuff@nracentre.com. If you
are more comfortable simply telling your story we can help you there. See Jackie Huff,
Membership Director, and she will set up a time that is convenient to you.
Thanks for helping make our community a great place to live, be healthy, and have fun by
sharing your story.
