Rancho Palo Verde is one of a few

best buy I’ve seen the whole of my career, forty-years at the time of this writing.
This is some property for only
$1,450,000.
Hard to say a “Grand Estate” because
that moniker would apply to something
priced more like five-million dollars, but
a grand estate it is located in the gated
community of Palo Verde Ranch, Alpine,

The majority of amenities of the ranch
