We have another busy week ahead of 10/12/15 Presentation Night us. We welcome our five Practicum Teachers and know they 11/12/15 Year 6 Big Day Out will have a wonderful experience in our school. 14/12/15 Year 6 Dinner/Family Night Whole School Big Day Out Have you sold your tickets? In our foyer we have put on 15/12/15 Last Day of School – Students. display all the prizes for our raffle. We have purchased two 16/12/15 bikes with our Amart community rewards as the student prizes. For every book of tickets your child sells, they receive a ticket in the draw for these two bikes. Please return tickets and money to the office. Extra books are available at the office. Last Friday we sent home a note seeking interest for the QuickSmart program in 2016. If interested people could return these to the office, it would be greatly appreciated. Maybe there are grandparents who would also like to give some time to the school. If you have extended family members who would like to help please share your note with them or have them contact the school on 66543202. If you would like to contribute to our wall in the foyer, please see the office for a brick. The kids like reading what everyone thinks of their school. Students enthusiastically used air dry clay to create interesting pots. Students have painted them bright colours School Bags We presently have a supply of school bags in the office. Some have been ordered by parents but we have purchased extra. If you wish to purchase a Nana Glen School Bag, please see the office. 2nd Silver Water Wise Show Important Notice Attached is a note with three very important topics/events. Please read and return this week by the assigned dates. Feedback is essential and appreciated for these items. Nana Glen Public School P&C Newsletter School Raffle We appreciate everyone who has sold tickets in our Major raffle. More tickets are available at the office. We will have three prizes for a student’s prize raffle so please return tickets as they are sold. School Canteen We recently asked if anyone could be available to assist with Canteen on Mondays, and have had little response. We have delayed the opening of Canteen on Mondays until we have confirmed support. Could you please contact the school as a matter of urgency if you are able to assist on Monday’s? The Monday menu will be cold food such as sandwiches and wraps, not hot food!
