In the renovation plan, Hotel Calacuncheddi has undergone a radical internal reorganization, from common
areas to rooms, creating restaurants, spa, meeting rooms, conference room, fitness area and a wellness
center. The project was focused on increasing energy performance by acting on the building envelope and
innovating systems to reduce wastage, resulting in the least possible impact on the environment and achieving
the standards currently specified for its category.
Nel piano di ristrutturazione l’Hotel Calacuncheddi ha subito una radicale riorganizzazione interna, dalle parti
comuni alle camere, ricavando Ristoranti, SPA, Meeting Rooms, Conference Room, Fitness Area e Wellness. Il
progetto è stato incentrato sull’incremento delle prestazioni energetiche intervenendo sull’involucro dell’edificio
e innovando gli impianti per ridurre ogni spreco, ottenendo il minore impatto possibile sull’ambiente e
raggiungendo gli standard attualmente indicati per la sua categoria.
Во время реконструкции отеля Calacuncheddi была проведена полная перепланировка внутренних
помещений, начиная от помещений общего пользования и заканчивая номерами, в результате чего
отель теперь располагает ресторанами, SPA, залами для заседаний, конференц-центром, залом для
занятий фитнесом и оздоровительным комплексом. Целью проекта было повышение
энергоэффективности, поэтому была обновлена коробка здания, равно как и системы отопления во
избежание возможных потерь тепла. Это помогло сократить до минимума воздействие на окружающую
среду и достичь современных стандартов, предусмотренных для данной категории.

The Interior Renovation
Giving a new image to the hotel without altering the aesthetic impact on the area, and offering a product that
distinguishes itself from the other structures in the area, were the goals of the whole operation. The use of local
natural materials such as juniper wood and Orosei marble, of furnishings by the most illustrious names in Italian
design and of tailored elements such as the micro mosaic in recycled glass give the entire complex an exclusive
character.
Dare una nuova immagine all’hotel, senza alterare l’impatto estetico del territorio, e offrire un prodotto che si distacca
completamente dalle altre strutture presenti in zona sono stati gli obbiettivi dell’intera operazione. L’uso di materiali
naturali locali, come il legno di ginepro e il marmo di Orosei, di arredi delle più illustri firme del design italiano e di
elementi creati su misura, come il micro mosaico in vetro rigenerato, donano una caratura esclusiva all’intero
complesso.
Создать новый образ отеля, не нарушив эстетическую целостность территории, и предложить продукт,
который бы полностью отличался от других подобных структур в данной местности, было целью всей
операции.
Использование местных природных материалов, например, древесины можжевельника и оросейского
мрамора, а также мебели самых прославленных итальянских дизайнеров и таких уникальных элементов
дизайна, как микромозаика из регенерированного стекла, придает утонченность всему гостиничному
комплексу.

The aim of the project was to create spaces that has strong design essence in a soft
and relaxing feeling. In a perfect italian style

We built a brand new restaurant with a great chef and an amazing view.
Thanks to a direct road and a private Marina, this Restaurant works not only for the
hotel guests but for all people that wants to try a special and unique emotion

To match the hiest standards of efficiency and to cut the managment cost of the hotel
the two kitchens was equipped with the best elements in the market
Following a leack in the surrounding hospitality structures
we built three conference rooms.
The hotel was equipped with an exclusive and smart SPA, totally made of local stone.
The Outdoor Renovation
All-round outdoor design: from the minimalist style of the furnishings which fully meet the functional needs of each area
to cutting edge technological innovations. The swimming pool, surrounded by a deck in recycled wood, is sterilized
with an ozone-bromine plant that avoids the use of chlorine, while waste water is treated by a sewage treatment plant
for reuse in irrigation. Thanks to a pressure gauge positioned on the main beam, the dynamic sails, which are of
nautical derivation in terms of both materials and mechanics, close independently with winds greater than 28-30
km/hour.
Outdoor design a 360⁰: dallo stile minimalista degli arredi, che risponde in pieno alle esigenze funzionali di ogni singola
area, alle innovazioni tecnologiche del momento. La piscina, circondata da un deck in legno ricostruito, viene
sterilizzata con un impianto a ozono-bromo che consente di non utilizzare il cloro mentre le acque reflue sono trattate
da un impianto di depurazione per riutilizzarla nell’irrigazione. Le vele dinamiche, di derivazione nautica sia per i
materiali che per la meccanica, grazie a un manometro posizionato sul palo portante, con venti superiori ai 28/30
Km/h, si chiudono autonomamente.

функциональным потребностям каждой местности, до современных технологических инноваций. Бассейн,
окруженный деревянным палубным настилом, стерилизуется установкой озоновой очистки воды, что
позволяет избежать применения хлора и повторно использовать для орошения сточные воды, обработанные
на специальной станции очистки. Подвижные паруса, изготовленные с применением механики и материалов
кораблестроения, складываются сами при силе ветра более 28/30 км / ч благодаря манометру,
расположенному на главной мачте.

pool just a few steps from the sea
For the entire Landscape were chosen plants and a green lawn that would help the
hotel saving a valuable resource for the island of Sardinia, such as water.
The Garden Renovation
The choice of rebuilding the oases with dunes of golden sand etched by the wind, alternating with the rocky stretches
of the natural park, is one of the hallmarks of the intervention. Sustainable solutions that require little maintenance
and use of local natural materials such as rough Orosei stone are the stars of this avant-garde garden, designed and
realized by Gardenesk. The use of Mediterranean scrub for the boundary borders and expanses of grasses for the
vast flat areas creates an ideal embrace with the surrounding landscape, in a unique solution of continuity with the
lagoon below.

Решение воспроизвести оазис с нанесенными ветром дюнами золотого песка, чередующимися со
скалистыми участками территории природного парка, является одним из отличительных признаков проекта.
Экологические решения, которые требуют минимального обслуживания и позволяют использовать местные
природные материалы, например, необработанный оросейский камень, становятся главными действующими
лицами этого авангардистского сада, созданного Gardenesk. Использование средиземноморской
растительности для бордюров и злаковых растений для равнинных участков идеально гармонирует с
окружающей природой, создавая единство с расположенной ниже лагуной.
