2016 Sponsorship Opportunities! Pairing the best restaurants in Cambridge with University Park’s lush sculpture gardens for the most deliciously fun benefit event of the Summer! DEMOGRAPHICS: 5k Event Attendees: The Taste of Cambridge has grown to host over 5,000 attendees each year. Guests pay $50.00 to $75.00 per ticket to sample Cambridge’s finest restaurants. Ticket purchasers are typically 21+ foodies; including MIT & Harvard grad-students, faculty and employees; residents of Cambridge, Boston and the surrounding suburbs; and executives and employees of local Cambridge and Boston Start-ups, Bio-tech companies, and financial institutions. Date: Tuesday, July 12, 2016 Rain Date: Thursday, July 14, 2016 General Admission from 5:30 pm until 8:30 pm VIP Area from 5:30 pm until 9:00 pm Location: University Park, Landsdowne Quad and Sidney Street. EVENT DESCRIPTION: THE ONLY “TASTE OF CAMBRIDGE” now in its 14th year continues to expand in its lush accommodations to include 100+ local restaurants and over 5,000 event attendees. As our food and drink scene grows, the Taste of Cambridge keeps its finger on the pulse, creating an event representative of our remarkable restaurants and clubs. THE TOC HAS A LOYAL RETURN TICKET BUYING AUDIENCE AND OUR NUMBER OF ATTENDEES GROWS EVERY YEAR. Participating Restaurants: 2016 Sponsorship Opportunities Every year Cambridge's finest and most colorful restaurants participate in the TOC -- including: Craigie on Main, the Sinclair, Flour Bakery, Lord Hobo, Central Bottle, Restaurant Dante, The Middle East Restaurant and Nightclub, Abigail’s Restaurant, Bukowski Tavern, Oleana, Koreana, The Asgard, State Park, Harvest, The Abbey, Alden & Harlow, Rialto, Henrietta's Table, The Hong Kong, Jasper White’s Summer Shack, Formaggio, Veggie Galaxy, Puritan, Fuji, and so many more. The Taste of Cambridge, founded by the Cambridge Licensee Advisory Board (CLAB) is a community fund-raiser that brings restaurants, sponsors, and volunteers together to raise the most money possible for our event beneficiaries. The Taste of Cambridge, CLAB’s annual event has raised a quarter of a million dollars for local charities. This year’s event beneficiaries are non-profits who provide treatment, education and prevention in the Cambridge Community around issues of alcohol and substance abuse.
