You may print PDF files DIRECTLY from your USB drive (sometimes
called a flash drive or thumb drive) on our public printer/copier
(RICOH C5503). Just follow these instructions.

Step 1: Insert your USB drive into the USB port on the LEFT side of the
control monitor screen. A blue light shows the printer “sees” the
drive.

Step 2: Press the blue PRINTER icon on the control monitor screen.

Step 3: Press the “PRINT FROM MEMORY STORAGE DEVICE” icon.

Step 4: Press the memory storage device icon.
Step 5: Press the desired documents to print. They will highlight in
gold.

Step 6: Then press the START PRINTING icon.

Step 7: Insert coins or dollar bills into the printer cashbox.

Your documents will now print.

Step #8: Press the “BACK TO DEV. SLCT. SCR.” icon.
