It has been in service as a specialized commercial bank since 2012. Upon satisfying the statutory capitalization and infrastructural requirements of The Bank of South Sudan, Kush Bank was granted a license to operate and engage in CORPORATE VALUES conventional banking as a financial institution on November 6th, 2013. Mr. Adak has been working in the banking sector since 2001 and has served different departments, last was the branch Manager Qatar National Bank in South Sudan. His work experience spans more than 25 years serving among others as Operations Excellence and Training Consultant with KCB- Rwanda, Operations Manager Nairobi Region-KCB Bank Group and several other key positions in the same bank just to mention a few: Customer Service Officer, Credit Operations Officer, Accounts and Reconciliation Officer. Before joining KCB, he worked as Quality Inspection Assistant with Afro Plastics- Kenya Limited, a position which entailed Product Development/Design and Quality assurance.
