us to better serve you and deliver the financial solutions you
need, when and where you need them.

Dedicated Telephone Line for Online Banking Questions
A dedicated toll-free telephone line will be available beginning Friday, August 8, 2014 for all
questions related to our Online Banking services, including Consumer and Business Online
Banking, BillPay and Mobile Banking. The dedicated Online Banking telephone number is
1-855-287-7230. Hours of operation for this dedicated line will be weekdays from 7:00 a.m.
until 11:00 p.m. and on weekends from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
This dedicated line will remain available through the end of October 2014. After that,
you may resume calling 1-800-711-BANK (2265) for Online Banking assistance.

GENERAL ACCOUNT INFORMATION – DEPOSITS
Consumer Checking Accounts: Your account numbers will not change as a result of the upgrade. Feel free to continue
using your current checks as you do today. Also, direct deposits and pre-authorized transactions will continue to process
without interruption. You can also continue to use your existing deposit slips at our branches.
Debit Cards: Your First Commonwealth Bank Debit Card will not change. You may continue to use it as you do today.
ATMs: Our ATMs will be available, but account balance information will not include all transactions that occur after
7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 7, 2014 until Monday, August 11, 2014 at 7:00 p.m.
For changes regarding foreign ATM transaction benefits, please see page 17.
Direct Deposit and Automatic Payments: Any direct deposits, recurring deductions or payments scheduled with
third parties outside of BillPay will continue to occur and will not be interrupted throughout the upgrade period. If you
are scheduling payments through BillPay, please refer to page 8 for available dates. If you want to validate any automatic
payments or deposits made to your account during the upgrade period, you can do so on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 by
utilizing Online Banking, Telephone Banking or contacting our Convenience Banking Center at 1-800-711-BANK (2265).
Overdraft Protection: We will simplify our Overdraft and Non-Sufficient funds fee structure to a flat fee of $35.00 per
item starting Monday, August 11, 2014. We will limit daily Overdraft or Non-Sufficient funds fees to only the first four
items. Daily Overdraft fees will be waived if the ending account balance is a negative amount of $5 or less.
Starting Monday, August 11, 2014 automated account-to-account transfer of funds for overdraft protection, currently
transferred in increments of $100, will transfer funds only for the exact amount needed including the fee. If applicable,
the fee will be assessed for transfers of any amount.
Business Checking Accounts: For changes regarding Business Checking Accounts, please see page 17.
GENERAL ACCOUNT INFORMATION – LOANS
Consumer Loans: Our systems upgrade will have no impact on any consumer loan product you have with us.
Commercial Loans: As of Monday, August 11, 2014 commercial loan account numbers will convert to a new
numbering sequence. Your new account number will be readily available to you by contacting our Convenience
Banking Center at 1-800-711-BANK (2265) or by visiting your local branch. Your new account number will also
appear on your billing statement after Monday, August 11, 2014.

ACCOUNT STATEMENTS
The design and look of all deposit and loan account statements and account notices will change following the
systems upgrade. The information will be the same.
If you normally receive your monthly bank statement between the 7th and 10th of the month, you may receive
your August 2014 statement a few days earlier or later than usual. Your September 2014 statement will include
any extra days.
eSTATEMENTS
If your account is currently enrolled to receive eStatements, your enrollment will continue. You will have access to
your statement history and will view your statements under the eStatements tab in your new Online Banking.
Monthly eStatement Email Notifications
Only the primary account holder will receive a monthly email notification when an electronic statement is available to
view. However, the primary account holder can set up multiple users to receive email notifications under the “Additional
Recipients” option of the eNotices tab in your new Online Banking.
Additional Electronic Notices
As an enhancement following the upgrade, additional statements and notices will be available to view
electronically. A complete listing of available electronic notices can be found at fcbanking.com/upgrade. The
primary account holder can enroll under the eNotices tab in your new Online Banking by selecting the notices to
enroll, confirming a valid email address, establishing a security phrase and entering an enrollment passcode.
If you are not enrolled for eStatements, you can enroll
under the eNotices tab in your new Online Banking
starting Monday, August 11, 2014 at 8:00 a.m.
AUTOMATED ACCOUNT SERVICE LINE (TELEPHONE BANKING)
We will enhance our Telephone Banking service as part of the upgrade. Access to our current Telephone Banking
service will be available throughout the upgrade period; however, not all transactions will be reflected in the account
balances presented. The new service will be available on Monday, August 11, 2014 at 8:00 a.m. and can be accessed
by calling 1-800-711-BANK (2265) and pressing 1 on the main menu. However, account balance information will not
be current until Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at 8:00 a.m.
Changes to Menu Options
Please note our menu options will change. The new system will provide the option of speech recognition. When
accessing the system, you can utilize the “Help” function by pressing 1* to hear a list of shortcut commands.
Additionally, you can alternate between speech recognition and touchtone response by pressing 8*.
You will still use your existing PIN to access the new system. However, it will be necessary to have your account
number available when calling.

FOR CONSUMERS
ONLINE BANKING & BILLPAY – CONSUMERS
One of the most significant enhancements to be delivered through our upgrade is a new Online Banking system,
available on Monday, August 11, 2014 at 8:00 a.m. This new system will provide even greater functionality and
ease of use. In addition to standard functions you already enjoy today, such as alerts, bill payment and account
transfers, your new Online Banking will feature enhanced personal financial management tools, including the
ability to view all of your external bank and investment accounts in a single location. You will also have even more
options to receive bank notifications electronically, as well as enhanced security options to keep you safe. These
new features will be displayed in a more intuitive and user-friendly design, allowing greater customization of
your Online Banking experience.
Access to Online Banking will be unavailable beginning Thursday, August 7, 2014 at 10:00 p.m. and will resume
on Monday, August 11, 2014 at 8:00 a.m.
Your account information (i.e. account numbers and transactions) will automatically transfer to your new Online
Banking, but to be fully prepared for the upgrade, please complete the items on the Consumer Upgrade Checklist
prior to Tuesday, August 5, 2014. This checklist can be found on page 15.
Accessing Your Online Banking
Steps for Logging In the First Time
1. A
ccess Online Banking from the “My Accounts Login” menu in the upper right corner at fcbanking.com using
one of the following browser versions: Internet Explorer 9 or higher, or the most recent versions of Mozilla
Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari.
2. Y
our current username will not change. Log in using your current username* and the last four digits of your
social security number as your initial password. In the event that your current username is longer than 25
characters, you will only use the first 25 characters.
3. R
eview and accept the Online Banking Agreement.
For security purposes, you must complete the steps below:

reate a new password between 6 and 25 characters, containing both numbers and letters.
5. C
hoose a watermark image from the image selections.
6. C
hoose and provide answers for three verification questions. These questions will be important for future use
in Online Banking.
7. E nter your primary contact phone number, which will be used for security purposes to verify online activity
(if applicable).
8. C
onfirm or update your email address.
9. C
reate a password reset question and answer.
*A
very limited number of consumer clients may experience a change in username and will be notified via a separate
mailing of the correct username prior to the upgrade.
If you currently access your accounts via a “bookmark” or “favorites” link, please delete this bookmark
and re-establish it at the new log-in page.

BillPay
The current BillPay system will be deactivated on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at 9:00 p.m. Scheduled payments
will be processed as normal. Your new BillPay will be available starting Monday, August 11, 2014 at 8:00 a.m. To
access your new BillPay, simply click the BillPay tab within your new Online Banking. Upon doing so, you can
expect the following:
Payments: Payments can be scheduled through the new BillPay system starting Monday, August 11, 2014
at 8:00 a.m. by clicking the BillPay tab within any new Online Banking screen.
Payment History: Your previous six months of bill payment history will be available to view.
Payees: Confirm that your currently established payees have transferred into the new BillPay system. If a
payee does not appear, you can easily add them by selecting “Add New Payee” under the BillPay tab.
eBills: Your current eBills will be discontinued during the upgrade, and you will receive paper bills. You
can enroll in the new eBills, which will provide the balance, date due, and amount owed for each payee;
your paper bills will continue to be delivered. To discontinue receipt of paper bills, contact your service
provider(s) directly.
Account-to-Account and Person-to-Person payments: Account-to-account (external transfers) and
person-to-person (formerly Popmoney®) payment information will not transfer. To continue this service,
you will need to re-establish your payment information. There is a $.50 fee to send account-to-account
payments and a $.50 fee to send person-to-person payments. This fee is subject to change in accordance
with our schedule of fees.
A new person-to-person “Gift Check” feature will be available for an additional fee of $2.99. It will allow you to
deliver money electronically along with a personalized eGreeting.

Navigation
Easy-to-use navigation tabs give you one-click access to your account activity, electronic notices and statements,
online BillPay, budgeting tools, customizable homepage options and settings. For more information on navigating
the new Online Banking or to view a demo, visit fcbanking.com/upgrade.
Customize your homepage
Your new Online Banking offers a customizable homepage called “MY VIEW” under the Online Banking tab. To
customize:
1. S elect “MY VIEW” and click the “Configure this page” link at the top.
2. S elect a column to configure, then drag and drop or use the arrows to move the sections, or “widgets,” easily
around the page to a view you prefer.
3. S ave your settings.
4. S elect “Set as start page” to make “MY VIEW” your Online Banking homepage.
Accounts
In addition to your active account information, you will also be able to view any closed accounts or paid-off loan
accounts for a period of 30 days following account closure or loan payoff.
If you have a joint account which requires more than one signature to process transactions (i.e. an “And” account),
please be advised that the new Online Banking will allow any account owner to access the account and complete
electronic transactions (including internal and external account transfers, person-to-person payments and online
bill payments) without the other account owner’s approval.

Transfers
Your current recurring transfers will be converted to your new Online Banking, with the exception of annual transfers
which will no longer be an available option. Edits or deletions to your current recurring transfers will require assistance
from our Convenience Banking Center at 1-800-711-BANK (2265). Beginning on Monday, August 11, 2014 any new
recurring transfers you set up in the Online Banking system will have the functionality to be edited and/or deleted by
you. Transfers can be accessed through the “Internal Transfer” or “External Transfer” options under the Online Banking tab.
Any current annual transfers you have scheduled to process after Thursday, August 7, 2014 will not carry over to your
new Online Banking.
Alerts
Most of your current Online Banking alerts will transfer to your new Online Banking. Some transaction alerts, such
as Debit Card or ATM Withdrawal, will no longer be available, and direct deposit alerts will appear as ACH credit
alerts in the new system. For a complete listing of available alerts, visit fcbanking.com/upgrade.
Prior to Thursday, August 7, 2014 please make note of any alerts you currently have set up. You will be able to
re-establish and create additional alerts in the new Online Banking system starting on Monday, August 11, 2014 at
8:00 a.m. Simply select the “Alerts” option under the Settings tab within the new Online Banking.
Account Nicknames
Nicknames you previously established for your Online Banking accounts will be transferred, but will be shortened to a
maximum of 19 characters and will include the last 4 digits of the account number.
My Finance
As an enhancement to your new Online Banking experience, you will now have access to My Finance,
a free financial management tool that lets you:
•D
evelop a budget and set financial goals
• T rack accounts and organize spending through customizable categories
• I mport account information from other financial institutions to keep track of all your financial activities, such as
other bank accounts, credit cards and investments
•M
onitor activity through customizable financial management alerts
The My Finance dashboard screen shows a comprehensive illustration of your financial activities.
Getting started in My Finance is easy. Simply select the My Finance tab in Online Banking and follow the instructions.
Your Personal Money Manager categories within our current Online Banking will not carry over to My Finance.
Please make note of your spending categories before Thursday, August 7, 2014. You can easily re-establish them
under the My Finance tab within your new Online Banking beginning on Monday, August 11, 2014 at 8:00 a.m.

MOBILE BANKING & MOBILE DEPOSIT
Beginning Thursday, August 7, 2014 at 10:00 p.m., our current Mobile Banking app will be discontinued, and we
will introduce a new, upgraded app. Delete the current app and download the new First Commonwealth Bank
app from the online store which supports your device (i.e. iTunes or Google Play) beginning Monday, August
11, 2014 at 8:00 a.m. Before you log in to the new app, visit the “Mobile Banking” option under the Settings tab
within your new Online Banking to establish your access information.
Mobile alerts will not transfer to the new app. To activate mobile alerts, log in to your new Online Banking and set up
alerts by selecting the “Mobile Banking” option under the Settings tab.
Text Banking
Beginning Thursday, August 7, 2014 at 10:00 p.m., our text banking feature will be discontinued. Beginning
Monday, August 11, 2014 at 8:00 a.m., text banking users will need to re-enroll through the “Mobile Banking”
option under the Settings tab of your new Online Banking. The SMS short code for mobile banking text
inquiries will change on Monday, August 11, 2014 to 89549. Reply “HELP” to 89549 for help. Reply “STOP”
to 89549 to cancel. Message and data rates may apply. For a complete list of text banking commands, visit
fcbanking.com/upgrade.
iPad App
Beginning Monday, August 11, 2014 at 8:00 a.m., a First Commonwealth Bank Mobile Banking app will be
available for iPad users and can be downloaded from the iTunes store. The iPad app will offer the same
functionality as the smartphone app, including checking balances, viewing transactions, paying bills and
making transfers, as well as additional features. For more information on the iPad app capabilities, please visit
fcbanking.com/upgrade.
Mobile Deposit
There are no changes to your current Mobile Deposit services or smartphone app, which is a separate app from our
Mobile Banking app.
To be fully prepared for the upgrade, please complete the items on the
Consumer Upgrade Checklist found on page 15 of this guide prior to
Tuesday, August 5, 2014.

enhanced security feature adds another layer of protection for you and your business.
6. C
onfirm or update your email address.
The second time you log in to the new Online Banking, you will be asked to review and accept the new Online Banking
terms and conditions.
If you currently access your accounts via a “bookmark” or “favorites” link, please delete this bookmark and
re-establish it at the new log-in page.

Online BillPay is now a FREE service for all businesses.
BillPay

Internal Transfers
Your current internal transfers will be converted to your new Online Banking, with the exception of annual transfers
which will no longer be an available option. Transfers can be accessed through the “Internal Transfer” option within
the Online Banking tab.
Any current annual transfers you have scheduled to process after Thursday, August 7, 2014 will not carry over to your
new Online Banking.
Alerts
The Online Banking alerts you have established will not transfer to your new Online Banking; however, you will be
able to establish all of your current alerts along with many new ones, including incoming wire and ACH alerts. For
a complete listing of available alerts, please visit fcbanking.com/upgrade.
Prior to Thursday, August 7, 2014 please make note of alerts you currently have established. You will be able to
re-establish and create additional alerts starting on Monday, August 11, 2014. Simply select the “Alerts” option
under the Settings tab within the new Online Banking.
Account Nicknames
Nicknames you previously established in Business Online Banking will not transfer. You can establish account
nicknames under the “Accounts” option of the Settings tab within the new Online Banking.
Re-establishing Sub-User Settings
While your current designated sub-users will be converted to your new Online Banking, any roles and
entitlements that the Administrator has granted will need to be re-established. This includes the authority to
conduct transfers, ACH initiation and wire setup and initiation. Please take special note of how you currently have

Sub-user Roles and Entitlements will not transfer to the new Online Banking.
The Administrator must re-establish the sub-user entitlements in order for the sub-user to have access to the
accounts. When accessing the new Online Banking, select the “Manage Users” option under the Treasury tab to
add or modify users that you wish to grant access and conduct transactions on your behalf.
Wire Transfers
A new wire initiation PIN will be mailed to the Administrator via US Postal Mail the week of July 14, 2014.
In some cases, in addition to entry of a PIN and security questions to conduct your wire initiation, you may receive
a call via phone and/or receive a text message with a one-time passcode that will need to be entered before you
can initiate the wire. This feature is designed to provide your business with greater security when conducting
high-risk transactions, such as sending money to a third party.
As an additional security feature, all wire transfers need to be initiated on an individual basis.

ONE-TIME OPERATING PROCEDURES FOR FRIDAY, AUGUST 8, 2014
Due to the transition time required for our systems upgrade, several Treasury Management systems will be
unavailable beginning Thursday, August 7, 2014 at 10:00 p.m. We are providing the following procedures that will
enable your business to conduct transactions on Friday, August 8, 2014.
ACH
All ACH files previously submitted with an effective date of Friday, August 8, 2014 will settle as usual.
All files for future settlement should be submitted PRIOR TO Friday, August 8, 2014 or submitted through
the new Online Banking system beginning Monday, August 11, 2014 at 8:00 a.m.
Wire Transfers
Although the Online Banking system will be unavailable, a wire transaction may be conducted by current
wire clients only via telephone. Please contact our Wire Room at 1-877-849-2344 and be prepared
to provide your PIN and have your MATRIX CARD available. Refer to your “Wire Transfer Agreement,
Schedule 1 – Security Procedure” for instructions. If you need to replace these credentials, please notify the
Wire Room or your Treasury Management Officer by Tuesday, July 15, 2014.
Lockbox
You will be able to access your lockbox activity detail and transaction images by visiting
https://fcbank.receivableshub.com/IPLogon/Scripts/Logon.aspx. Please note that this URL is for
accessing lockbox data on Friday, August 8, 2014 ONLY. On Monday, August 11, 2014 you can access your
accounts by clicking the eServices tab within the new Online Banking.
Remote Deposit
Deposits can be made at any of our 110 community offices on Friday, August 8, 2014 and Saturday, August 9,
2014. For office hours, please visit fcbanking.com/locations. If you have an immediate need, please contact
your Treasury Management Officer directly. The Remote Deposit system will be available for use on Monday,
August 11, 2014 at 8:00 a.m.
Positive Pay/ACH Block and Filter
Exception items will not be available via the current Online Banking system. We will email the exception
information to the properly authorized individual at your business. That individual will then need to email
the Pay/Return decisions back to First Commonwealth Bank personnel.
MOBILE BANKING & MOBILE DEPOSIT
Mobile Banking for Business
Beginning Monday, August 11, 2014 at 8:00 a.m. Mobile Banking will be available for all business customers
by downloading the new First Commonwealth Bank app from the online store which supports your device
(i.e. iTunes or Google Play). Log in to the new Online Banking and select the “Mobile Banking” option under the
Settings tab to get started.
If your business uses our current Mobile Banking app, delete the app and download the new First
Commonwealth Bank app from the online store which supports your device (i.e. iTunes or Google Play)
beginning Monday, August 11, 2014 at 8:00 a.m. Log in to the new Online Banking and select the “Mobile
Banking” option under the Settings tab to get started.

When does the systems upgrade at First Commonwealth Bank take place?
First Commonwealth Bank will begin the upgrade process on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at 10:00 p.m. The upgrade will continue through
the weekend and conclude the evening of Monday, August 11, 2014. We expect all systems to be fully functional beginning on Tuesday,
August 12, 2014 at 8:00 a.m.
Why is First Commonwealth Bank upgrading their systems?
The banking industry is constantly evolving, and it is our responsibility to our customers to keep pace with the latest technology and
operate the most efficient systems. This upgrade will further enable First Commonwealth Bank to deliver the financial solutions you need,
when and where you need them.
Can I still deposit and withdraw money during the upgrade period?
Yes. Available funds in your account can be accessed and credits to your account will be posted. However, these debits and credits will not be
reflected at the ATM, in Online Banking, in Mobile Banking, or on our Telephone Banking system until Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at 8:00 a.m.
Can I still use my debit card at Point of Sale locations?
Yes. You will still be able to use your debit card as normal during the upgrade period.
Will your office hours change during the upgrade period?
No. We will continue to operate under normal business hours at all of our office locations and in our Convenience Banking Center for
telephone inquiries. For a listing of our offices and their operating hours, please visit our website at fcbanking.com/locations.
Will my information remain secure during the systems upgrade?
Absolutely. The safety and security of our customers personal and account information is always our top priority. Our upgrade will not
compromise security and privacy standards in any manner.

ATM Card Foreign ATM benefits change
Please note the following information regarding changes to your ATM Card foreign ATM benefits effective Monday, August 11, 2014.
Affected account types are shown in bold:
WorkSmart Banking and Senior Accent
If you opened a WorkSmart account between January 1, 2008 and September 13, 2013, or a Senior Accent account with added ATM
benefits between January 1, 2006 and September 13, 2013, the number of free foreign ATM transactions you receive per month will
change from five (5) free foreign ATM transactions (transactions being defined to include withdrawals, balance inquiries, transfers
or deposits) to three (3) free foreign ATM withdrawals per month. In addition, you will not be charged for any foreign ATM balance
inquiries, transfers or deposits.
Hometown Checking
If you opened a Hometown Checking account between January 1, 2008 and September 13, 2013, the number of free foreign ATM
transactions you receive per month will change from three (3) free foreign ATM transactions (transactions being defined to include
withdrawals, balance inquiries, transfers or deposits) to three (3) free foreign ATM withdrawals per month. In addition you will not be
charged for any foreign ATM balance inquiries, transfers or deposits.
