the South Bergen Jointure Commission STEM G lab G Project Ignite Community Signature Consent Form I understand that my child will have an opportunity to have an account for the Project Ignite community, which includes Tinkercad, 123D Circuits, and the Project Ignite educational platform. Both my child and I agree to follow the school’s Acceptable Use Policy, and the Project Ignite community’s Terms of Service, found at http://projectignite.autodesk.com/tos. I understand that my child will be able to create and share projects, post comments, upload a photo, collaborate with others, contact customer service, and save wish lists for projects and kits. They can also complete projects through the Project Ignite learning platform, where they can join private classrooms and post reviews. Children may be able to share personal information while participating in some of these activities. I agree to teacher moderation of my child’s account for the safety and security of my child when using the Project Ignite Community. Additionally, I understand that I can establish a parent account and provide my consent directly to Autodesk so I can review and moderate my child’s activities directly, and allow them to continue using the Project Ignite community after the school term ends. YES, I will allow my child to use the Project Ignite community. NO, I will not allow my child to use the Project Ignite community.
