Introduction
The MS-360™ is the ideal mall slider when economy and ease of operation are primary considerations.
Door panels glide effortlessly on multiple tracks. To close, simply pull one panel, and the others (which
link to the first panel with our exclusive flange and neoprene bumper system) are pulled out on their own
track. To open, slide the door panels back to their original position at one or both sides of the opening.
A good choice for either schools, offices or malls, the panels can recess into pockets, act as
conventional multi-sliding doors or as by-passing wall doors.

Construction and Configurations Data
Construction
The Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope™ exclusive flange and neoprene bumper system overlaps from one
panel to the next, which prevents racking. These interlocking panels cannot be removed when in
locked position. Panels arranged in more than one plane interlock at meeting stiles while those
meeting in the same plane butt and interlock, forming a safe, secure, tamper resistant barrier. Panels
can be manufactured as high as 12'0" and as wide as 7'0" and may require an intermediate horizontal
depending on the configuration desired. (Speak with an Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope™ sales representative
for further information.)
Configurations
Available in three standard styles, the MS-360™ readily adapts to any interior location. When opened, the
Conventional Multi-Sliding Door stacks the panels in view. For example, a 4-panel unit will slide to one
side allowing access through 3/4 of the original opening. With a By-Passing Wall Door, sliding panels
are offset to the interior or exterior of the wall opening allowing full access through the entire original
opening. The Pocket Door recesses into a prepared pocket in the wall also permitting full access through
the finished opening. All three sliding door types are flush glazed after assembly and are manufactured
for 1/4" glazing only.

Introduction
For the ultimate in up-front store merchandising area, the Phantom™ Wall 180 is beyond compare.
Smooth lines with large, open glass areas, allow potential customers to view merchandise while
maintaining an effective security barrier when the store is closed but the mall is open. Phantom™ Wall
180 door panels slide easily out of view on the standard single track. For increased design flexibility,
Phantom™ doors can be stacked and stored at one side or both sides of the entrance. Behind the scenes
and out of view, door panels stack easily and compactly in a variety of configurations including inline,
parallel to the entrance or at 90° to the entrance.

Construction and Appearance Data
Construction
Perfect for most interior applications, the PW-180 door panels glide easily on a single, flush or surface
mounted, 1-3 ⁄4" wide track of hard aluminum alloy. Door panels are controlled in the track by spring
loaded guides.
For added security, panels can only be taken off the track by first removing two short sections of the
interior head track, then sliding the panel tops out the opening. (Exposed screws are only permitted in
these two short removable head track sections.)
For easy on-site assembly, the Phantom™ Wall 180 features complete factory fabrication including
installation of all hardware, fittings, joint clips with torque bolts and joint preparations. We then ship the
fabricated sections in cardboard cartons for safe storage at the job site.
Appearance
All PW-180 panel stiles, rails and muntins are flush glazed for a smooth, attractive entrance. No exposed
screws are permitted, which might mar the seamless appearance of the Phantom™ Wall. Sliding door
panels are made to handle 1⁄4" glass only.
PW-180 can be constructed with any number of panels desired to completely enclose any large mall
front in finishes to complement virtually any surrounding surface. These low maintenance finish options
include anodized black, bronze and clear as well as custom painted surfaces.

The Series 3000 Thermal MultiPlane extends the versatility of standard storefront systems by offering
improved thermal performance and multiple glass plane options. The Series 3000 Thermal MultiPlane
provides more options for head and sill anchorage, improved structural silicone glazing and a front set
installation option utilizing continuous head and sill members. Designed for 1" infill, Series 3000 Thermal
MultiPlane has available glazing adaptors and gasket options for infills ranging from 1/4" to 1-1/8".

The Series 6000 Thermal MultiPlane enhances the versatility of the popular Series 3000 Thermal
MultiPlane system by offering a 2" x 6" version in both front set and center set configurations. Glass
