In a study conducted with the University of
Minnesota, foods made with Ultragrain were
compared to traditional favorites made with
white flour to determine how consumption
would be impacted among elementary
students. The results showed that students
consumed pizza, fajitas and breadsticks made
with 51% Ultragrain as much as or more than
their white-flour counterparts.2
In another study with 9- and 12-year olds, QSR
slider buns made with 51% Ultragrain were
compared to traditional buns, and it was found
that the children liked the more-nutritious
