Recalibration is easy with the new Recalibration Tool
on Sheath. Just immerse the thermometer in sheath
in at least two inches of ice water, and then use
the calibration tool to adjust the hex nut beneath
the dial to 34°F. Recalibration can also
be accomplished by immersing it in boiling water
and adjusting to the appropriate temperature.

are NSF® approved, and they carry a 5-year
