Mrs. Decker’s publisher was Penguin Putnam in New York, the publishers of Winnie The Pooh and Peter Rabbit. Mrs. Decker immigrated to Paonia in America in 1946 from Liverpool, England. Mrs. Decker is survived by her brother Peter; her four sons Glen, Bradley, Kevin, and Keith; her grandson Kevin and wife Sarah and their four children Drew, Beau, Selah, and Rory; and her granddaughters Ashley and Lauren.
