A LETTER FROM ROB COHEN, CHAIRMAN & CEO The IMA Financial Group Community Report highlights the incredible achievements of IMA associates and the work they do to give back to the communities where we live, work and play. Protecting assets and making a difference is what we do and who we are – day in and day out. Our associates share a commitment to excellence in the way we service our clients and resources to the nonprofits we treasure. In 2015, we took a closer look at how we provide support to our nonprofit partners. We recognized we need to be more strategic in our giving and responsive to the passions of our associates. The result of that work is reflected in our refreshed focus areas on page six of this report. We were thrilled to launch an employee matching gifts program last year, combining the power of personal and company resources to have an even larger impact in our communities. Finally, I want to thank the numerous donors to the IMA Foundation. Because of your support, we were able to make an even bigger impact in IMA communities. PLEASANT, MICHIGAN 2015 welcomed a new member to the IMA family. Eydent Insurance Services in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan brought their passion and expertise to the IMA Financial Group. It was a natural fit. They proudly supported their local 4-H, volunteered to help raise funds for Michigan law enforcement emergency response tools and donated to HopeWell Ranch, which provides free equine-assisted therapy. “Our dedicated professionals embrace community involvement,” said Eydent President John Briggs. “Giving back is in Eydent’s DNA, and now we’re proud to share that history with IMA.” 9 I MAke a Difference Day 2015 | Wichita I MAKE A DIFFERENCE DAY 2015 IMA’s mission to make substantial change for the cities it supports was on display during I Make a Difference Day when nine communities came together at once to make lasting improvements. Associates rolled up their sleeves and flew the IMA flag to show that corporate responsibility is everyone’s responsibility. IMA employees, spouses and friends donated approximately 1,500 hours across the country. It was the annual event’s largest showing. Most importantly, IMA showed kids we care, beautified cultural icons and supported the disadvantaged. IMA’s business model revolves around people. We know our greatest achievements occur when we work together.
