Weddings & Special Events Welcome to Crestwicke Country Club! Thank you for your interest in Crestwicke Country Club! Our facilities offer a beautiful panoramic view of the golf course and landscapes which create a picture-perfect surrounding. From the tranquil atmosphere to the wraparound veranda for your guests to enjoy, Crestwicke will make a lasting impression on both you and your guests. Our lawn offers a gazebo as a backdrop for wedding ceremonies or simply just a unique spot to snap photos. We will be happy to assist you with ideas for creating your perfect day. We are also happy to offer referrals to the area’s finest florists, photographers, and entertainment specialists. Whether you desire a sit down served dinner, a buffet, hors d’doeuvre reception, or luncheon, we will help you create the perfect atmosphere for your unique event. Amy Harris Director of Special Events Weddings at Crestwicke Complimentary Services • Parking • Cake cutting • White table linens and skirting • Coffee Station • Use of 2 golf carts for Bride/Groom and their photographer to take on-course photos Reception Room Rental Room rental for both the Main Dining Room and Brookside Room is $600 and is based on 5-hours of reception time. Our facility can accommodate up to 250 guests. Additional hours may be purchased at $150/hour if pre-contracted and $200/hour if requested the night of the reception (curfew is 12am). The room fee includes the dance floor, set-up and tear down of tables and chairs, fine china, white linens, white folded pyramid napkins, and our standard leather banquet chair. Chairs covers and sashes, specialty linens and chairs may be rented at an additional fee. Ceremony at the Gazebo Our manicured lawn is the perfect backdrop for an intimate wedding ceremony. The fee for use of the lawn is $300. We will provide and set up white wooden folding chairs for your guests at $2.00/chair. “The Crestwicke” Wedding Package With the wedding package, your reception will include: • One hour of hors d’oeuvres prior to dinner (seasonal fruit tray, domestic cheese and cracker tray, vegetable crudites tray) • Perfectly prepared served dinner • Champagne toast for all guests • Custom wedding cake (extra cake and decorating subject to additional charge) • Five hours of open call bar Dinner Entrees Dinner entrees include house salad with choice of two dressings (French, Ranch, or Italian), vegetable du Jour, one starch selection, rolls & butter. Starches include: Garlic smashed potatoes, herb roasted red potatoes, baked potato with sour cream & chives, wild rice blend, risotto with roasted garlic and asiago cheese, twice baked potato (add $1/pp). Rehearsal Dinners Our Member’s Lounge offers the perfect setting for an intimate rehearsal dinner. With a capacity of up to 50 people, this secluded room features a private bar and corner fireplace. Rental information: $200 room rental fee ($100 if hosting your reception at Crestwicke.) Price includes set-up of tables, chairs, and 3-hours of rental time. Bar service can include a cash or hosted bar. Bartender included in room rental. All dinners are $16/person. Options 1-3 are based on a minimum of 30 people. Options 4-5 have no minimum. Cookies and/or brownies additional $1.50/pp or cupcakes and/ or cheesecakes for $2.00/pp. Option 1: Choose two: fresh fruit salad, Cole slaw, potato salad, pasta salad Choose two: chicken sliders, BBQ pork, all-angus hamburgers, meatball sliders Served with appropriate condiments and potato chips. Option 2: Smoked pulled pork BBQ and BBQ chicken breasts served with Cole slaw, baked beans, corn on the cob and cornbread. Option 3: Caesar salad, pasta with marinara and pasta with Alfredo sauce Choose two: meatballs, sausage, or chicken Served with garlic bread. Option 4: Choose a custom cocktail/hors d’oeuvres menu. Please see Amy for more information. Pricing varies depending on selections. Option 5: Entrees may also be selected off the entrée/buffet menu for the prices listed. Catering Agreement All reservations and agreements are made upon and subject to the following conditions: 1. Due to fluctuation of market prices, the quotation herein cannot be guaranteed until six months prior to the event. 2. Final menu selections must be given to Crestwicke Country Club six weeks prior to the event so that necessary planning can be made with maximum of 3 options for plated service, including kids choice and vegetarian options. 3. Crestwicke Country Club reserves the right to re-assign any function room accordingly. 4. Guarantee policy of Crestwicke Country Club: The Catering Department must be notified of the exact number of guests nine days prior to the function. The guarantee number in attendance or the actual number in attendance (whichever is greater) will be the amount billed for the event. If the final guarantee amount is not received in this time, the “estimated” amount on the original contract will be used and billed. 5. There is a minimum spending of $500.00 per event. Saturdays only, March through October, the minimum spending is $3,500.00. The months of November and December the minimum spending is $500, Saturdays included. Minimum spending includes food and beverage only; room fees are not included. 6. Deposit policy: A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $1,000.00 is required to confirm and hold a date. 7. Thirty days prior to the event half of the estimated balance is due. Nine days prior to the event the remaining balance is due. Any balance after the event will be billed within 5 days- all payable upon receipt. Late payments are subject to finance charges. 8. Room Fees: Members Lounge: $200.00; Main Dining Room: $300.00; Brookside Room: $300.00; Lawn: $300.00 9. All functions are based on a 5-hour time period unless otherwise noted. Additional hours may be contracted prior to the event at a fee of $150.00 per hour. If prior arrangements have not been made and you exceed the 5-hour maximum, you will be charged $200.00 per hour. Open bar packages must be for 5-consectutive hours. 10. Tax: Please note that the prices quoted do not include the Illinois State Tax, or the service charge of 18%, which are both applicable to all taxable items of the total bill. 11. Security: The club will assume NO responsibility for lost or stolen articles brought into the club by members or guests. Any club property damaged or removed from the building or surrounding areas during a function becomes the responsibility of the host of the event. 12. Payment Policy: Note #7 above, all payments are due prior to event. Undersigned agrees to pay the account when due. Undersigned agrees that Crestwicke Country Club may assess a late charge for past due accounts. Undersigned agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees, investigator fees, and costs in the event this account is turned over to collection. 13. Dress code: No blue jeans, blue jean shorts, jean skirts, or jean dresses are allowed in the clubhouse. 14. No outside food or beverage is allowed in the club or on the club property prior, during, or after any event. You may order any food or beverage as needed through the club. 15. If you are allowed to use the locker rooms, no food and beverage may be brought in, it must be pre-ordered through the club. In the event any items are left in the locker rooms, there will be a $100.00 clean up fee added to the final bill.
