Thank you for your interest in Crestwicke Country Club. Our
facilities offer a beautiful panoramic view of the golf course and
landscapes which create a picture-perfect surrounding. From
the tranquil atmosphere to the wrap around veranda for your
guests to enjoy, Crestwicke will make a lasting impression on
your guests. Our lawn offers a gazebo as a backdrop for
wedding ceremonies or simply just a unique spot to snap
photos.
We will be happy to assist you with ideas for creating your
perfect reception. We are also happy to offer referrals to the
area’s finest florists, photographers, and entertainment
specialists. Whether you desire a sit down served dinner, a
buffet, hors d`oeuvre reception, or luncheon, we will help you

Reception Room Rental
Room rental for both the Main Dining Room and the
adjoining Brookside Room is $600. Our facility can
accommodate up to 250 guests. The room fee is based on 5 hours
of reception time. Additional hours are $150 if pre-contracted
and $200 per hour if requested the night of the reception (our
curfew is 12am). The room fee includes the dance floor, setup and
teardown of tables and chairs, fine china, white linens, white
pyramid fold napkins, and our standard leather banquet chair.
Chair covers with sashes and specialty linens are available upon
request for additional charges.
Ceremony at the Gazebo
Our lawn is the perfect backdrop for an intimate wedding
ceremony. The fee for use of the lawn is $300. We will provide
and setup white wooden folding chairs for your guests at $2.00
per chair.
All services are subject to 18% gratuity and tax of 6.25%

Prices, Procedures, and Requirements
Deposits and Payments
A signed copy of the catering agreement and non-refundable
deposit in the amount of $1,000 is required to confirm these
arrangements on a definite basis. The deposit will be reflected on
the final bill. 50% of the estimated total is due 30 days prior to the
event. The remaining balance and final guest count is due 9 days
prior to the event. This will be considered the final guarantee and
not subject to reduction. Any increases are subject to availability.
In the event that no final count is given, the estimated count will
be used and charged accordingly. Crestwicke prepares the exact
amount of the given final number and cannot be responsible for
additional unexpected guests. All deposits and payments are
non-refundable and non-transferable.
Spending Requirements
On Saturdays only, March-October, the spending minimum is
$3,500 on all food and beverage. Any other day of the week, and
in November and December, the spending minimum is $500 on
all food and beverage. Crestwicke is closed January and
February. If the food and beverage total does not meet the
minimum spending requirement, the client is responsible to pay
the difference. All food and beverage is subject to 18% gratuity
and tax of 6.25%.
Loss and Damage
Crestwicke Country Club is not responsible for any damages or
loss of any merchandise or articles left prior, during, or after any
event. The client agrees to be responsible for any damages to
Crestwicke by the client, guests, or attendees of the event.
Decorations
Crestwicke does not permit anything to be affixed to the walls,
ceiling, furniture, fixtures, furnishings, or any other parts of the
property. Setup and removal of decorations is the responsibility of
the client. All decorations must be removed from the property
once the event is finished. Please no artificial flower petals, bird
seed, rice, or confetti. Bubbles and real flower petals may be used
outside only. Clients are welcome to use locker room facilities the
day of the event. It is required from the clients that the rooms be
cleaned and belongings are gathered. A cleaning fee of $100 will be
assessed if any items are left at Crestwicke.
Outside Food and Beverage
Crestwicke does not allow any outside caterers, food, or beverage
before, during, or after the event. Cake is the only exception to this
rule. Under no circumstance will any food or beverage be removed
from the property. The club reserves rights to confiscate food or
beverage that is brought on to the property without making prior
arrangements with the catering department.
Catering Agreement
All reservations and agreements are made upon and subject to the following conditions:
1. Due to fluctuation of market prices, the quotation herein cannot be guaranteed until six months prior to the event.
2. Final menu selections must be given to Crestwicke Country Club six weeks prior to the event so that necessary planning can be made.
3. Crestwicke Country Club reserves the right to re-assign any function room accordingly.
4. Guarantee policy of Crestwicke Country Club: The Catering Department must be notified of the exact number of guests nine days prior to the function. The guarantee number in attendance or the actual number in attendance (whichever is greater) will be the amount billed for the event. If the final guarantee amount is not received in this time,
the “estimated” amount on the original contract will be used and billed.
5. There is a minimum spending of $500.00 per event. Saturdays only, March through October, the minimum spending is $3,500.00. The months of November and December
the minimum spending is $500, Saturdays included. Minimum spending includes food and beverage only; room fees are not included.
6. Deposit policy: A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $1,000.00 is required to confirm and hold a date.
7. Thirty days prior to the event half of the estimated balance is due. Nine days prior to the event the remaining balance is due. Any balance after the event will be billed within
5 days- all payable upon receipt. Late payments are subject to finance charges.

9. All functions are based on a 5-hour time period. Additional hours may be contracted prior to the event at a fee of $150.00 per hour. If prior arrangements have not been
made and you exceed the 5-hour maximum, you will be charged $200.00 per hour.
10. Tax: Please note that the prices quoted do not include the Illinois State Tax, or the service charge of 18%, which are both applicable to all taxable items of the total bill.
11. Security: The club will assume NO responsibility for lost or stolen articles brought into the club by members or guests. Any club property damaged or removed from the
building or
surrounding areas during a function becomes the responsibility of the host of the event.
12. Payment Policy: Note #7 above, all payments are due prior to event. Undersigned agrees to pay the account when due. Undersigned agrees that Crestwicke Country Club
may assess a late charge for past due accounts. Undersigned agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees, investigator fees, and costs in the event this account is turned over for
collection.
13. Dress code: No blue jeans, blue jean shorts, jean skirts, or jean dresses are allowed in the clubhouse.
14. No outside food or beverage is allowed in the club or on the club property prior, during, or after any event. You may order any food or beverage as needed through the club.
15. If you are allowed to use the locker rooms, no food and beverage may be brought in, it must be pre-ordered through the club. In the event any items are left in the locker
rooms, there will be a $100.00 clean up fee added to the final bill.
