Along with providing the great facilities that Jellystone Park™ is known for, Yogi Bear™ and the staff have put together a special season of planned activities and themed weekends that will truly make this a memorable year. Our park is set on 100 lush acres overlooking the meandering Wallkill River and boasting a majestic view of the Shawangunk Mountain Range, the ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Just a short drive from hiking at Minnewaska State Park and local history in New Paltz, Jellystone Park™ is a perfect spot filled with family atmosphere and the memories that vacations are made of. Yogi Bear’s Water Zone is a combined 40,000 square feet of water fun for every age! Yogi Bear’s Water Zone - Swimming Pools Our campground has two swimming pools ranging in depth, one of which is heated. Swimming Pools Lazer Tag Lazer Tag is a high-tech combination of tag and hide-and-seek. Games are 45 minutes in length and sessions are offered during the day for $5 / session and at night for $10 / session. Must be 6 years old to play during the day and 8 years old to play at night. Mini Golf Round up the whole family for some friendly competition as you complete your way through our mini golf course of fun-filled obstacles. Jumping Pillow Mini Golf Jumping Pillow This pillow-shaped inflatable is approximately 30’x60’, perfect for some good ole fashioned jumpin’ fun. Playgrounds Guests of all ages will enjoy sliding, climbing and swinging on any of our three playgrounds, including the brand new playground we added in 2015. Fishing on the Wallkill The Wallkill River, just a short walk from any of our campsites, is home to bass, trout, carp, catfish, and bluegill. NYS fishing license is required. Day licenses available for purchase on the NYS DEC website. Fishing Pond N E W! We have added a fishing pond to our campground this year, stocked with large mouth bass, bluegill and catfish. Catch and release only, please. NYS fishing license is required. Gem Mining Mine for jewels at our on-site mining sluice! Discover and identify gems and fossils and keep what you find! Tubing/Kayaking on the Wallkill Go for a ride on the camp’s namesake Lazy River, the Wallkill! Kayaks are available for rent and tubes are available for purchase. See Amenity Rentals for more information. Gaga Ball Fishing Outdoor Sports For more fun, we offer basketball, shuffleboard courts, two gaga ball courts, sand volleyball, and horseshoe pits. Movie Theater (in Covered Pavillion) Located next to the Tiki Snack Bar and behind the Camp Store. Come and watch Yogi Bear™ cartoons and other G and PG-rated movies. Amenity Rentals Golf Carts Rent golf carts at registration. Cost is $55 per day during the week and $60 per day during the weekend (two day minimum). Golf cart rental times follow check-in and check-out times. Renters must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license and major credit card. Golf cart reservation canceled 7+ days prior to the reservation will receive a camp credit certificate for the amenity rental amount less a $10 cancellation fee. Reservation canceled less than 7 days prior to a reservation will forfeit the full amenity reservation amount. Premium River RV Site Enjoy undisturbed river views from one of our Premium River RV Sites. Need an ingredient for your yummy campfire cooked supper? You can stock up on groceries, firewood, ice and Yogi Bear™ souvenirs for the whole family at the camp store, conveniently located in the air conditioned Ranger Station. Tiki Snack Bar Great pizzas, wraps, salads, burgers, ice cream, alcoholic drinks and more are available at the Tiki Snack Bar. Credit cards accepted. See website for days and hours of operation. FAQ’s FAQ’s Can my friends come and visit? Absolutely! But please make sure you let us know at check-in. Guests must pay a guest fee and the total number of people per campsite cannot exceed six. See website for maximum occupancy for cabins. Cost for additional guests starts at $10, see website for additional information. Do you have quiet hours? We do! Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am on Friday and Saturday and from 10pm to 8am on Sunday through Thursday. Anyone under 18 years of age must be at their site or cabin during these hours, unless accompanied by an adult. charge. Sites require 25-50 foot cable. WiFi is now available throughout the park! Are pets allowed? Pets are allowed at our campsites, but not in our playground, restrooms, or other buildings. Select cabins are pet friendly for a fee of $25 per pet. Please keep your pet on a leash and never unattended. Please also clean up after your pet. Persons who do not clean up after their pets will be fined $25 for each offense. Trash Free curbside trash pickup is provided at your campsite between 10am and 4pm daily. In order to avoid attracting animals, please do not leave trash outside overnight. Are alcoholic beverages allowed? They are, but they must be confined to your assigned space. This is a family park, so please be considerate of others and refrain from loud and unseemly language. Laundry Washers and dryers are located beside the Arts & Crafts building. Available 24 hours a day. Machines accept credit cards only. Are campfires allowed? You bet! Please confine them to designated areas and do not leave them unattended. Firewood may not be brought into the park from an external location as it can spread bugs and pests to our beautiful trees here. Firewood is available for purchase at our Camp Store. Cable TV/Internet N E W! All campsites (with the exception of tent sites) and cabins have cable television hookups available at no Arcade Our arcade has a wide variety of games for indoor family fun, from video games to air hockey. Are golf carts, motorized scooters, and ATVs allowed in the park? For liability reasons, guests are not permitted to bring any personal motorized vehicles into Jellystone Park™. Are fireworks allowed? No, fireworks are not allowed in Jellystone Park™. Can we cut down trees for firewood? Trees - both living and dead - may not be cut down or damaged in any way. There will be a $200 per tree fine if damage occurs. Camp Store Tiki Bar Entrance to the resort constitutes permission for the management of Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park™ Camp-Resort in Gardiner, New York to photograph anyone while on the premises and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without compensation to the individual. (s16) From Pennsylvania Take Rt. 84 East into New York and take exit 5 Maybrook/Walden to Rt. 208. After exiting, turn right at a streetlight to go North on Rt. 208. Follow Rt. 208 into the village of Walden and turn left at the streetlight to get on Rt. 52 (Main St.). Continue on Rt. 52 across a bridge and out of town. At the next streetlight, turn right onto Albany Post Rd. and head North. Follow this road 7.5 miles and Bevier Rd. will be on your right hand side, shortly before a bridge and streetlight. It is marked with a Jellystone Park™ sign. From Hartford Area CT Take I-84 West towards New York. After crossing the Newburgh-Beacon bridge, get off I-84 at exit 10S for Rt. 9W S. You will only be on Rt. 9W briefly. Immediately after merging onto Rt. 9W, take your first left onto Rt. 32 N. Continue on Rt. 32 for 3 miles and turn right at the Sunoco station to stay on Rt. 32. Continue of Rt. 32 for another 9 miles. At the intersection with State Rt. 44-55, shortly after passing a Hannaford’s supermarket, turn left and head West on Rt. 44-55. Pass through the town of Gardiner and cross a red bridge across the Wallkill River. Turn left onto Albany Post Rd. at the street light and then, immediately after crossing another bridge, take a left onto Bevier Rd. which is marked with a Jellystone Entrance sign. Follow Bevier Rd. to the end and you will arrive at the main building of Jellystone Park™. From New York City Take Thruway I-87 North towards Albany. Get off the Thruway at Exit 17 for New York Rt. 300 Newburgh. At the light, turn left on to Rt. 300 headed North. Continue on Rt. 300 which will turn into State Rt. 32.
