THE DEBRETT’S
ACADEMY
Debrett’s has been the British authority on etiquette, style and achievement since 1769 when it published
the first edition of the Peerage, the definitive guide to the British aristocracy. It now also recognises
people of achievement and inspiration in People of Today and the Debrett’s 500. This unique heritage,
authority and expertise informs Debrett’s training delivery through the Debrett’s Academy, which has
an unrivalled reputation for providing training to private clients and businesses on the etiquette and
soft skills essential for success in an increasingly competitive global landscape.
THE DEBRETT’S
PA & EA PROFESSIONAL
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
Personal and executive assistants are often responsible for the first impression of an executive or
business. The most highly skilled and experienced assistants also have the efficiency, professionalism
and expertise to enhance their business by creating new opportunities, nurturing relationships,
resolving issues and implementing systems to save time and money.
The Debrett’s PA and EA Professional Development Programme takes delegates’ existing skills to
an advanced level to ensure they are equipped to deal with complex demands. It gives delegates the
confidence to build rapport in networking situations, to resolve problems with tact and diplomacy,
and to deal with complicated correspondence and forms of address accurately and with ease,
ensuring they are the best possible ambassadors for their executive or brand. The programme also
supports PAs’ and EAs’ career development by matching their skills to those required by top-level
executives and companies.
