DELTA COUNTY FAIR
Get started on your entry
now! Got a little time this
winter? Bored because you
can’t work in the yard? The
Delta County Fair is looking
for exhibitors to show their
stuff with Exhibit Hall displays in arts, crafts, ceramics,
doll making, scrapbooking,
sewing,
photography,
needlework, quilting and
much more. How about
breaking out the paints,
sewing machine, craft items,
scrapbook supplies, knitting
needles, counted cross stitch
projects or taking the perfect
picture now? Winter is an excellent time to work on those
indoor projects and get them
done for exhibit during the
2015 Delta County Fair! It’s
true the county fair can be a
lot of fun for kids, however,
we want to remind you that
you don’t have to be a kid to
enter. We would like to see
all of the adults in Delta
County display their talents
at the 2015 County Fair. It is
free to enter the fair and it is
also your opportunity to strut
your stuff! We are looking
forward to seeing you there!

THE WILLIAMS PASS
Jeep Trail (NFST) #298 will
remain closed this year due
to large amounts of rainfall
this spring and continuing
through the summer. Trail
conditions are too wet and
muddy for safe travel and to
prevent resource damage.
This determination was
made in coordination between the Forest Service
and
the
Blue
Mesa
4-Wheelers, who provide
annual volunteer work to
help maintain the trail. The
Williams Pass Jeep Trail on
the Gunnison National Forest spans between the Alpine Tunnel National Forest
System Rd. #839 (NFSR)
and the Continental Divide
onto NFSR #295 on the San
Isabel National Forest. We
ask the public to understand that for health and
