In tennis, Selangor's athletes made a clean sweep of all the three titles. A Selangor official, who declined to be named, said they had expected to win the tennis overall title but winning the softball overall title was a pleasant surprise as Negri Sembilan and Pahang were the favourites. "Anyway, we are all very happy for winning both the overall titles, but now we have a lot of work to do in order to retain the titles we won this year. Winning is easy but to maintain it is the real task. "Tennis development and training are in place but we have to put in more effort in softball," he said.
