“Aceitunas J. Abril, S.L.”, was founded in 1952. Family-owned company for three generations. In the south of Spain, olive groves are selected
for the harvest of our olives, which are directly carried to our fermentation plant in Pedrera. This process is hand-made with the aim of not
damaging our precious fruit. After that, the product is transported in carboys to our packaging plant in Lorca, for the elaboration, dressing,
packaging and distribution processes.
The environmental, ecological and weather conditions are perfect for farming,
both extensive and intensive (high crop yield). Thus, it is no surprise that
the Region is known as the "vegetable garden" of Europe.

The capers: It is a closed flower that is produced in the Mediterranean places like specially in Spain, of wild form. It is excellent to cook wiht
fished, salmon, tuna, etc., also is very used for salads and sauces. The caperberries: It is a fruit, from to the same plant of the capers. It is
use in salads as snack.The greenpeppercos: is used for condiment. The Garlic cloves: is used as snack and in salads. The small onions and

Bodega Balcona is a family winery . We are 6 brothers devoted to the viticulture. The bodega Balcona project is based on the following
principles: -Our wine is made of 100% producing own grape production: Partal is mainly made of low producing sexagenarian monastrell
vines. The soil diversity adds complexity to our wines. The microclimate, which is characterized by morning dew, extreme temperature
differences between night and day . -Natural vine farming and winemaking process: organic natural fertilizers for the vine growing, autochthonous
yeasts in the wine macking proces and lightly filtered.-Selective manual grape harvest. Our Partal is a red wine ageing with a modern stile:
well balanced with a full-bodied character wher the spirit of the sexagenarian Monastrell, of the soil and of our family's efforts to excel each
year is found. Sirah, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot to give complexity at Partal and the French oak respect the fruit character
and flavours. "Excellent nose of forest floor, mushroom, pepper, black currant, and blackberry. Full-Bodied, the wine has gobs of fruit, well
concealed ripe tannin, and is seamless on the palate. Enjoy this forward wine over the next 4-6 years". JAY MILLER (FEB 2007).

We are a family cellar since 1850. For us the tradition and quality are the more important thing because it is the way to go to the customer,Tasting
notes - Don Guardiola Rose: The light cherry red colour, with a shade of violet, shows a nose of powerful aromas from ripe grape. It is a wellbalanced wine with a full-bodied palate stressing its freshness and brightness, Don Guardiola Monastrell: The garnet colour shows a nose
of red currant, cherries and cranberries with a spicy oak and hints of the pepper. The palade is refreshing and complex, Don Guardiola Syrah:
This wine have ared violet colour. It emphasizes a nose fruit bouquet, milky and nuts. The palate is freshness and complexity, Don Guardiola
Organic: A marron-red colour and youthful purple tints evident to explode on the nose with mulberries and berries aromas; it is a wellstructured wine in mouth, Don Guardiola Seleccion: A deep red crimson colour shoes a nose of dark fruit with balsamics notes, special hints
of spice and smoky oak. It provides a fresh and tasty sensation in mouth; peristent with a crisp acidity. It was matured with American and
Fech oak barrels for three months.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil O de Oliva, from the first cold press of a special blend of selected olives from different areas of the Mediterranean.
Dressing O de Oliva is the origin and tradition of the best oil, together with the innovation and creativity. This is the only recipe we have used
in the creation of our aromatic oils. Spread the O de Oliva paste on savoury biscuits or toast for a delicious snack. It can also be used on
pasta or as an accompaniment to meats.
Family company founded in 1854, now in the fifth generation, dedicated to the elaboration of paprika powder and related products since then.
The company is oriented to achieve the best quality standards and provide an extremely accurate service. It counts with more than 4000
squared meters of plant and with probably the most advance laboratory of the paprika sector, capable of control de quality of all the parameters
potentially required by the customer. The product range of the company includes: paprika powder (sweet, hot, smoked), paprika oleoresin
(oil and water soluble), paprika flakes or granules, ground and crushed chillies, chilli peppers (base for spice blends) and chilli powders
(Mexican spice blend powders) and saffron powder and filaments.
Señorío de Barahonda, is property of the family Candela, dedicated to the wine elaboration of Yecla, from 1925. We owns 145 hectareas of
vineyards and 400 hect controlled by our technical department to obtain the best grapes for uor wines. We bet in firm for the MONASTRELL,
variety of this D.O., with strong personality and character, without forgeting others like syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and
Macabeo, among others. Our wide range offers red, white and rose wines with D.O.
We have several trademarks: Barahonda, Carro, Bellum and Heredad Candela.
Among theses trademarks we have Barahonda Monastrell red young wine, Barahonda Barrica (wine with wood), Barahonda White and Rosé,
Barahonda Cabernet Sauvignon and Barahonda Selection.
Our red young wine Carro is a fantastic blend of Monastrell, Syrah, Merlot and Tempranillo. Our Bellums have three wines, Bellum Principio
(red wine), Bellum Providencia (with wood) and Bellum El Remate (sweet wine).
Our last challenge is the Heredad Candela with two varieties, the HC Petit Verdot. This Range is top quality wine and considered as the best
red wine in the National Baco Awards by the U.E.C. (Spanish specialist Organization of wine tasters). “The Wine Advocate” magazine by
Robert Parker, described our wines as “One of the great discoveries of all his tasting”. In Short, Barahonda offers its wines with the D.O. Yecla
quality, that hide a secret “Barahonda look for elegant and fashionable wines from the Vine”.

In the Castaño family we are proud of the gifts that nature has granted us: the quality of our native soil and the variety of grape that is considered
among the most valued and appreciated in the world: the Monastrell. We are equipped not only with the most modern systems of vinification,
but we also employ the most specialised personnel to make possible the reality of Bodegas Castaño. Selection tables, stainless steel tanks,
pneumatic presses, an underground cellar with 2,000 barrels of American and French oak, always looking for the most advanced technology.
Castaño Monastrell is an insane value produced from three vineyard sites ranging in age from 40-60 years, this hedonistic effort can be
enjoyed now but will surely evolve for 2-3 years. The 2004 Hecula is a single vineyard selection of 100% Monastrell, 50% tank aged and
50% aged in French oak. It is slightly less ebullient but more serious than its younger sibling. The 2004 Solanera is a blend of 65% Monastrell,
20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15%Tintorera raised in French oak. Full-bodied, the wine is plush and full-flavoured with enough structure.

Casa de la Ermita is the most famous winery of the Jumilla region in Spain. Present in 35 countries, Casa de la Ermita wines represents the
new generation of the Spanish Wines that have become the most succesful imported wines in the United States.
The winery was built in the midst of the vineyards in the “Carche” valley. The valley itself is home to the highest mountain in the Murcia
region. El Carche is also a Protected Natural Park, and as a result the winery is completely surrounded by the spectacular landscape that is
the Carche Valley and Mountain which protect the winery and its vineyards at its feet.
We produce high quality wines based on our main grape: Monastrell (Mourv èdre), native from Jumilla, that grows in our vineyards for more

BSI Bodegas San Isidro is the biggest producer of wines from the Monastrell red grape variety, native to the Jumilla area. Here, this grape
variety enjoys ideal growing conditions and is perfectly capable of withstanding frosty winters and dry, hot summers in poor, limy soil. It is
an area that provides low quantity levels but high quality levels, as reflected in its wines, presenting to the palate well structured, full bodied,
mature sweet red fruit aromas. Our wide range includes young, semicrianza, crianza, reserva gran reserva, organic, sweet wines, and also
