Terms and Conditions
All bookings are subject to availability.
Final Numbers required 28 days before event.
Full Pre-payment is required 28 days before event. After this
date any cancellations are subject to a full cancellation charge
and cannot be used to pay for other goods and services. Party
organisers are requested to inform their party of this policy.
Due to demand for reservations, if deposits are not secured
within 14 days of the booking, we reserve the right to release
your reservation without notice.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable: deposits
and payments must be by one cheque over £50.00, cash or
credit card
No food / beverage of any kind is permitted to be brought for
consumption on the premises.
The Holt Hotel reserves the right to change all entertainment bookings.
Accommodation cancellation policy during the festive period
is 24 hours notice to avoid incurring a full cancellation fee, with
the exception of New Year`s Eve, payable in full by 1st December 2015 and is non-refundable unless re-sold.
Menu and wine pre-orders required: tables of less than eight
persons may be asked to share.
Holt Hotel guests will be held liable for the cost of repairs of
any damage to the hotel’s premises, equipment by the negligence, wilful act or default of any person invited to The Holt
Hotel by you, or in your party. This includes any staff members
working at this event.
The Holt Hotel is not liable if the event has to be cancelled due
to uncontrollable circumstances.
The Holt Hotel is not liable for the cancellation of bookings by
guests due to inclement weather.
VAT is calculated at 20%: should the rate of VAT increase, this
increase will be passed to you and your party.

charges are as follows:

The Holt hotel is situated between Oxford and Banbury on the
main A4260 road.
Reaching the Hotel from the South
Leave the M40 at Junction 9 - follow the A34 for Oxford. After 1
mile take the first exit sign-posted “Middleton Stoney”. When
you reach a mini roundabout, turn onto the B4030 for Middleton
Stoney. Carry on along this road until you reach a set of traffic
lights, turn left here onto the B4030 for Enstone and Heyford.
Once you reach Lower Heyford turn left at the T-Junction. Still
on B4030, carry along until you reach the brow of a hill. We are
on the right hand side at the top.
Reaching the Hotel from the North
Come off the M40 at Junction 10 – Follow the B430 for
Middleton Stoney. At the traffic lights turn right onto the B4040
for Enstone and Heyford. Once you reach Lower Heyford turn
left at the T-Junction. Still on B4030, carry along until you reach
the brow of a hill. We are on the right hand side at the top.
Reaching the Hotel by train
There are main line stations at Oxford and Banbury which are
serviced by 24 hour taxis. Approximate travelling time from
Oxford is 40 minutes and Banbury 20 minutes by taxi.
Reaching the Hotel from the Airport
London Heathrow – 50 miles (approximately 1 hour by car).
Birmingham International – 60 miles (approximately 1 hour
by car).
