It aims to establish product knowledge and local culinary appreciation among the participants. The food trip involves a local market tour with local fruit tasting, local delicacy tasting and food preparation presentation. It also features a Davao homegrown restaurant during an incentivized lunch. The food trip’s itinerary commences with a cultural and heritage at Davao’s iconic edifices namely, Davao City Hall, San Pedro Cathedral, old parks and Museo Dabawenyo. I.
