ADIL SIDDIQUI
Adil Siddiqui was born February 4th, 1981 in Las Vegas, Nevada. His achievements as a top producer in Real Estate (which he credits his mother, Rani) allowed
Adil to enjoy operating gaming taverns in the evenings. Adil and his wife, Bella,
relocated to the Treasure Valley in 2010 in order to raise their two young boys, Sonny
and Zander. Shortly after their move, Adil realized that he had more to offer society
than clever “bar tricks” and spent many nights gazing up at the stars in the beautiful
Idaho sky wondering what he ought to do. Through the power of doing Philosophy,
Adil dissolved the belief that his 1.9 high school GPA was his limiting agent and soon
found himself at the doorstep of CWI.
Two years and seven semesters later, Adil is graduating from CWI with an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts fortified with a 3.95 GPA. He has dedicated his studies
to Philosophy, Communication/Argumentation, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and
Math. “Exposure to many disciplines is paramount”, Adil says, “…we humans are
bursting with endless Energy, Love and Ingenuity! Our collective potential is unimaginable however; this world is a massive puzzle full of harms and despair. In order
to effectively sort it out, we’ve got to use every tool available if we’re to realize this
potential.” Adil’s desire and strong conviction to unite people across all borders has
been fueled by the enthusiasm and support of; his family and friends, fellow students,
and the committed CWI faculty all to which he is most grateful.

GRADUATION WITH ACADEMIC HONORS
Degree candidates who have demonstrated exceptional academic performance
with a minimum grade point average of 3.50 are academically distinguished at
the Commencement ceremony. The College further distinguishes between three
levels of honors by specific grade point averages: Cum Laude for a grade point average
between 3.50 and 3.69, Magna Cum Laude for a grade point average between 3.70 and
3.89, and Summa Cum Laude for a grade point average of 3.90 and higher. For the
Commencement ceremony, honors are based on the cumulative grade point average
as of the fall semester. Final honors are based on graduates’ final grade point averages
after their final term of academic course work and are printed on the student diploma
and transcript. Final honors designations may differ from Commencement honors.

The listing of graduates, degrees, and academic honors in this program is
preliminary and subject to final degree requirement evaluation. The posting of
satisfactory completion of all degree requirements on the official record in the
Registrar’s office is the official record of entitlement to a degree.
The College of Western Idaho delivers college credit instruction, certificates and
degrees through its memorandum of understanding with the College of Southern
Idaho (CSI). CSI is accredited through The Northwest Commission on Colleges and
Universities (NWCCU). The Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities
is a regional postsecondary accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of
Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). Credits,
certificates and degrees earned at CWI appear on CSI transcripts and are transferable to
four-year institutions, subject to the specific policies of those institutions.
