Any penalties in case of breach minimum wage, especially foreign workers? Answer : compound RM10,000/worker (can call to labour office verify) Question & Answer Section 4) Deduction of accommodation ? Answer : RM50.00/month. Must apply to JTK if more than RM50/month (refer document) 5) Legality for hiring foreign workers who have Deduction of accommodation ?
