The elevation at the ranch is 4,500 feet and, according to the NRCS 30-year average, annual precipitation is between 12” and 14”. The 72’ x 205’ (14,760 sq. ft) Morton [brand name] indoor arena has an attached 36’ x 72’ (2,592 sq. ft.) Morton Stall Barn with 8 box stalls, tack room, bathroom and feed storage area.
