Terms and Conditions
Terma-terma dan Syarat-syarat
1. By participating in the Programme, the cardholder is subject to the following Terms and Conditions and the
Cardholder Agreement Terms and Conditions.
2. In order to be eligible to redeem or earn Reward Points (RP), the Cardholder’s Card Account(s) must be valid and in
good standing, not overdue in payment, or exceeded its credit limit, account(s) must not be believed by Hong Leong
Bank (‘Bank‘) to be opened and operated fraudulently or any Card Account(s) cancelled or terminated by the Bank.
3. Hong Leong Essential, Hong Leong Fortune, Hong Leong Assurance Card, Hong Leong Platinum Business Card, Hong
Leong The Store Card and Hong Leong Pacific Card are EXCLUDED from this Programme.
4. Any changes of the eligibility to participate in this Programme will be notified via credit statement message and
Hong Leong Bank website.
5. Redemption form(s) once accepted by the Bank CANNOT be revoked, cancelled or exchanged. Once RP have been
redeemed, such RP shall be deemed extinguished and STRICTLY CANNOT be reinstated.
6. By participating in this Programme, all Cardholders consent for HLB to disclose the Cardholders’ particular to HLB’s
service providers and/or suppliers for the purposes of running this Programme and delivering the redeemed item(s).
7. The Cardholder shall be responsible for re-direction and/or re-delivery fee charges for the following:
(a) RM10.60 Re-direction Fee charge on redirection request to a different address for product delivery under the Hong
Leong Club Rewards after first uncessfull delivery attempt.
(b) RM10.60 Re-delivery Fee charge on requet to re-deliver to the same address after 2 consecutive uncessful
delivery attempts.
Alternatively, Cardholders have the option of using 2,650 RP to off-set the RM10.60 fee for re-direction and/or
redelivery. Changes of the delivery address will only be allowed if Gifts have not been sent out to Cardholders.
The aforesaid fees will be debited into Cardholders’ Card Account for any change in delivery address and/or upon
Cardholder’s 3rd consecutive request for re-delivery to the same address.
8. The Bank will make arrangements to deliver the Gifts to Cardholder within 21 working days (barring any unforseen
circumstances) from the date of receipt of the redemption request by the Bank.
9. In the event that the Cardholder’s choice of Gift(s) is unavailable, the Bank will replace it with a substitute of similar
value. All Gift(s) are available while stocks last and the Bank reserves the right without giving any prior notice nor
assigning any reason whatsoever to the Cardholders to discontinue and/or replace the Gifts featured herein with
different product, colour, model or services.

1. Dengan menyertai Program ini, Pemegang Kad adalah tertakluk kepada Terma dan Syarat berikut dan Perjanjian
Pemegang Kad Terma dan Syarat.
2. Untuk layak menebus atau memperolehi Mata ganjaran, Akaun Kad Pemegang Kad mestilah sah dan memiliki rekod
yang baik, tidak mempunyai sebarangtunggakan bayaran, atau melebihi had kad kredit, akaun dipercayai tidak dibuka
dan beroperasi secara penipuan atau mana-mana Akaun Kad yang telah dibatalkan atau ditamatkan oleh pihak Bank.
3. Hong Leong Essential, Hong Leong Fortune, Hong Leong Assurance Card, Hong Leong Platinum Business Card, Hong Leong
The Store Card dan Hong Leong Pacific Card adalah DIKECUALIKAN dari Program ini.
4. Sebarang perubahankelayakan untuk menyertai program ini akan diberitahu melalui mesej penyata kredit dan laman
web Hong Leong Bank.
5. Borang(-borang) penebusan TIDAK BOLEH ditarik-balik, dibatalkan atau ditukar apabila ia telah diterima oleh pihak Bank.
Apabila Mata Ganjaran telah ditebus, Mata Ganjaran tersebut dianggup LUNAS dan tidak boleh diganti semula.
6. Pemegang Kad memberi kebenaran kepada pihak Bank untuk mendedahkan maklumat peribadi Pemegang Kad kepada
Peniaga atau pihak ketiga yang mungkin dilantik oleh pihak Bank untuk tujuan Program ini.
7. Pemegang Kad akan bertanggungjawab ke atas kos bayaran penghantaraan dan/atau penukaran alamat seperti berikut:
(a) Kos bayaran RM10.60 akan dikenakan untuk setiap permintaan daripada Pemegang Kad berdasarkan alamat yang
berbeza setelah percubaan penghantaran yang pertama tidah berjaya.
(b) Kos bayaran RM10.60 akan dikenakan untuk setiap permintaan daripada Pemegang Kad berdasarkan alamat yang
sama setelah percubaan penghantaran yang pertama tidak berjaya.
8. Pihak Bank akan menguruskan penghantaran Hadia kepada Pemegang Kad dalam tempoh 21 hari bekerja (tanpa
mengambil sebarang kejadian di luar jangkaan) dan tarikh permohonan penebusan diterima oleh pihak Bank.
9. Sekiranya pilihan Hadiah Pemegang Kad tidak dapat diperolehi, pihak Bank akan menggantikannya dengan gantian
yang bernilai sama. Semua Hadiah adalah tertakluk kepada selagi stok masih ada dan pihak Bank berhak untuk
menamatkan dan/atau menggantikan Hadiah yang dinyatakan di sini dengan produk, warna, model atau perkhidmatan
yang berbeza tanpa sebarang notis ataupun sebarang sebab kepada Pemegang Kad.
