It contains objectives , actions and evaluations 1. The school director must analyse the school 2. To define the improvement axis, the director discuss with all the persons who are in school (teacher, parents and students). Participatory approach 3. The project can be elaborate and present to the school community and validate by the administration council. 4. Each year, the evaluation is realized and voted by the administration council. It permit dialog with the academic level The selfassessment Lycée des Métiers The legal obligations : The objectives contract de la restauration et de l’hôtellerie This contract is sign between the school and the academic level The contract defines : 1. the objectives in relation with the national politics for example the school dropout. A shared diagnostic is realized before the signature. 2. The indicators that permit to appreciate the realisation of the objectives. 3. The contract, in secondary school, is sign for three years 4. After the three years, the academy analyzes and a new discussion begin to sign a new contract. The selfassessment The QALEP Project Lycée des Métiers de la restauration et de l’hôtellerie The main objective in France is to write and to test a self assessment guide. 10 institutions, from 3 regions, has been tested this guide from august 2012 to March 2013. Europeans Partners Austria Romania Hungary The selfassessment The QALEP Project in the school Lycée des Métiers de la restauration et de l’hôtellerie In school, the project began in the 1st of September 2012 by a general presentation of the project A steering committee was set up. It is composed by the direction, 1 teacher, 1 parent and 1 student. It defines the calendar of the experimentation.
