Diana Cross
General Manager
Diana oversees the management of our national, regional and local accounts while directing a team of
regional managers, site managers and office support. She is the “go-to” person for employment law
compliance and risk management. Diana has successfully developed and implemented risk management and
safety programs resulting in significant reductions of OSHA recordable claims and lost work time. Her
understanding of multiple markets and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of customer
management ensures that ParkWest provides high levels of customer satisfaction.
Tanya Jackson
Office Manager
Tanya maintains office services, oversees client invoicing and directs payroll administration. She works with
our clients to structure accounts, facilitate billing processes, resolve questions/issues and maintain quality
performance of billing/invoicing related issues. Tanya also directs all activities necessary for payroll
administration including payroll preparation and processing, maintaining related records, tax reporting,
benefits administration and payroll system maintenance. Her understanding of payroll and employment
compliance ensures that we maintain a legal workforce, provide our clients with accurate and timely
reporting and consistently meet payroll deadlines.
Jasmine Singleton
Recruiting Manager
Jasmine is responsible for leading every aspect of job placement including seeking new talent and
interviewing and screening applicants. Jasmine has the ability to understand client job requirements and is
adept at matching candidate profiles against these requirements.
Josie James-Hamilton
Business Development
Josie drives the marketing and business development efforts for ParkWest by implementing marketing
strategies, developing and maintaining promotional material and supporting the sales staff. She promotes
ParkWest through networking, relationship development and community outreach.
Sergio Peña
Recruiting Assistant
Sergio is our Bilingual Recruiter and supports the overall recruiting process by administering tests, scheduling
appointments, conducting orientation and maintaining records and information. Sergio is adept at balancing
our clients’ interests and the interests of our Associates.
Jessica Pulido
Front Office
Jessica oversees front office management. She is the ideal first point of contact. With exceptional
interpersonal skills, Jessica is a good listener who is great at assessing and understanding the needs of our

ParkWest Staffing conducts comprehensive pre-employment screening for every candidate.
This helps narrow our focus to find the right fit for our clients. We also want to eliminate the
possibility of hiring someone with a high risk history for positions where candidates are
responsible for confidential or proprietary information.
Our comprehensive screening process improves our clients’ chances of selecting the right
candidate from the start. Every candidate is personally interviewed to gather information
about their qualifications, interests and availability. We also administer general aptitude
testing, personality inventories and software assessments using our library of web-based
simulations. We also conduct a full background check, on-site drug screening and work

Employee pay is more than paying employee wages. Employee payroll consists of employee
wages, employee and employer portions of state and federal taxes, various kinds of employee
insurance, paid time off and the administrative time and cost associated with performing these
tasks.
ParkWest Staffing assumes the responsibilities associated with payroll administration. We manage
each aspect of payroll administration from payroll taxes, garnishments, miscellaneous deductions,
reimbursements and bonuses. ParkWest pays all employment taxes, unemployment insurance and
workers’ compensation insurance on behalf of the employer and provides the client with online
access to payroll reporting.
