Dr, Putiflcacion Dellma, the former Dean of the University of the Philippines-Baguio College of Arts and Communication, will share her research on Mother-Tongue Based Multilingual Education (MTB-MLE). Dr, Max Lo, a prqfessor in Yuanpei University in Taiwan, will give a lecture on The Effecti of Cooperative Leaming Elements and English for Specific Purposes. Mr. Nathan Emmet, advisor to the Korean government on Neuro-linguistic Programming and language teaching skills tor Korean teachers will deliver a workshop on Neurqlinguistica and English for Speclfic Purposes.
