It is a superb vehicle for fast track projects, maximising competition, flexible in dealing with unforeseen changes and delivers cost savings directly to the client. COST & COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT W 04 e provide initial cost planning, forecasting, monitoring, management and reporting of the project budget in close relationship with the project programme and quality of works performed. We undertake the full range of Procurement services, Pre Qualification questionnaires, Contractor assessment & selection, Produce Tender documentation, including: Bills of Quantities, Specifications, Employers requirements, Contract form and contract specifics, Tender evaluations, negotiations, Contract awards, Site cost control and close out. DESIGN & DESIGN MANAGEMENT W 05 e have substantial experience to undertake the design or design management process using leading management tools and systems, with an emphasis on value engineering and mitigating inherent risk in design. 16 • CLIENTS & SERVICES T 06 he full scope technical due-diligence refers to the following items: adherence to standards and norms, design overview, materials and workmanship overview, snagging, review of utility services, ownership issues (non-legal), service charges, management charges, review of permits and authorizations, overview of property management requirements and comment on existing maintenance, construction value and CAPEX. An initial project evaluation report, formal reports on a monthly or quarterly basis, checking that the work performed is according to the building contract (with reference to the cost issues, quality of work and compliance with the project time schedule) and confirmation that the value of works performed is according to the amounts invested and paid.
