Thursday (continued)
Wednesday, June 15th
4:00—6:00 p.m. Early Arrival Registration
Staff will welcome and check in early arrivals and
assist attendees.
6:00—6:30 p.m. Past President’s Meeting
6:30—8:00 p.m. President’s Welcome Reception
Plan to attend the President’s Welcome Reception and
show your support for Todd Hunt (Association’s
2015—2016 President). The reception is open to all
Convention attendees. Hors d’oeuvres and cocktails
will be served. Network and visit with colleagues and
friends and help kick off the convention.
Thursday, June 16th
7:30 a.m.—1:00 p.m.
Golf Tournament
Register early for the
golf tournament and
golf on the Moody Gardens Golf Course. Limited to the first 50 golfers who sign up! Trophies and prizes will be awarded.
1:00—4:30 p.m. Exhibitors Check In and
Set Up Booths
Staff will be available to assist Exhibitors sett up their
booths at 1:00 p.m. All exhibitors are requested to
have their booths set up by 4:30 p.m.
1:00—5:30 p.m. Registration Open
Attendees check in and pick up their registration
material and convention information. Staff will be on
hand during this time to assist attendees and exhibitors.
2:00—4:00 p.m. Board of Directors Meeting
4:15—5:00 p.m. Annual Business Meeting
Members should attend the Annual Business Meeting.
5:00—7:00 p.m. Opening of Trade Show
& Welcome Reception
The Trade Show Welcome Reception offers Contractors, Suppliers and Manufacturers a great opportunity
for networking and meeting face-to-face with people
they do business with during the year. The show features the latest products, systems, tools and services in
the wall and ceiling industry.
Only those registered for the convention will be permitted in the Exhibit area during these events. Guest
participants for the Thursday exhibit show only must
have an “Admit One” ticket. Call the Association Office for details. If you plan to attend other convention
functions, you are required to pay the registration fee.
7:30 p.m. Thursday Manufacturer’s Dinner
Thursday dinner will be held at Willie G’s Seafood and
Steaks (shuttle service provided). Thursday dinner is
open to all “paid registered” convention attendees.
Friday, June 17th
7:30—10:00 a.m. Registration
Staff will be available to check in speakers and special
guest attending the educational sessions.
7:30—9:30 a.m. Breakfast with Exhibitors
Breakfast is served in the Exhibit Area to give attendees another opportunity to visit with Exhibitors.

Spouse Program will be announced later. Final arrangements are being made and information will be
provided later.
Check with Registration about Moody Gardens’ Attraction Passes for
unlimited use of the Rainforest, 3D Theater, 4D Theater, Aquarium, Discovery Pyramid, Sponge Bob interactive Exhibit, the Colonel Paddlewheel Boat and Palm Beach. Children under 3 are free.

Members and guests are encouraged to participate and attend the informative presentations with speakers addressing
topics of interest to contractors, distributors and manufacturers. (Speakers and Topics will be announced later).

Plan to attend the Past Presidents Reception held before
dinner to visit with “old friends” and make “new friends”
in the Industry.
6:00—9:00 p.m.—Silent Auction
Place your bid throughout the evening on some unique
items while supporting the Association. Proceeds from the
Silent Auction will benefit the TLPCA Scholarship Program. Members are asked to please check in all donations
at the registration desk by Noon Friday, June 17th.

After dinner, awards and trophies will be presented to the
winners of the 16th Annual Design Award Competition
and winners of the Golf Tournament. The new Association
Officers will also be introduced.

The convention ends with a Casino Night entertainment
event. Play and collect winning tickets. The top three chip
amounts at the end of the night will receive cash prizes.
