BANK MUSCAT ONLINE PAYMENT PROCEDURE
LOG IN PROCEDURE
Step 01: open the site www.bankmuscatonline.com . Provide your online banking user name and
password .

SET UP PROCEDURE (To add “Srilankan School Muscat” into your payee list)
Please note This is only one time operation
Step 01: Select the option “ Personal and Payments Setting” form the left menu pane.
Step 02 : Fill the web based form shown below
Note:
1. Type “Education Fees – Sri Lankan School Muscat” in the Payee Name field
2. Click "Generate OTP" button.
3. You will receive an SMS with OTP number.
4. Enter the OTP and
Click on the “OK” button to update the data you entered.

Now you have added “Srilankan School Muscat” into your payee list
How to make a payment via Bank Muscat online Portal
Step 01 – Log on to www.bankmuscatonline .com with your online banking user name and password
Step 02- Select “Payment and other Services” menu from the left menu pane and click on “Funds
Transfer” button.
Step 03- Select “Top up/ Brokerage & Bill Payments”
Step 04 : Select “Education Fees – Sri Lankan School -Muscat” as the Receiving account and select the
appropriate month as shown below. Then click on “Next” button to proceed the transaction
Step 05:
1. Enter “Post Passpharse” (This is the password for online transactions and will be given by the
bank to you when receiving the PIN for your ATM/ Credit card)
2. Click "Generate OTP" button.
3. You will receive an SMS with OTP number.
4. Enter the OTP and
5. Check the Transaction Summary and click on “Confirm Transaction” button to complete the
transaction
