Selected actions were then put into the M&AP. Kwota ta nie obejmuje kosztów poniesionych przez KPEC oraz zaplanowanych działań związanych z termomodernizacją, źródłami odnawialnymi wśród społeczeństwa oraz działań w transporcie na które są już zabezpieczone inne środki według WPI.
