SITUATION:
The land is situated at Bughead Cross adjoining the B3212 approximately one mile from Moretonhampstead and the A382
and 14 miles to Exeter. There land has good road access to North Bovey, Chagford and the moor.
DESCRIPTION:

get to the first staggered cross roads out of Moretonhampstead. There is space to park at the cross roads and pedestrian
