Our food philosophy is simple: we source the best ingredients and apply simple techniques to extract the
maximum flavour and nutritional benefit.
KC Peaches is the leading wholefoods specialist in Dublin and offers one of the city’s largest selections
of gluten free, dairy-free, vegan and vegetarian food. Our menus include salads, sandwiches, hot and cold
buffet dishes as well as an extensive range of homemade pastries and desserts.
We tailor our menus to highlight local producers in all our culinary creations. This practice ensures
fresher, better-tasting dishes and supports local farmers and artisans.
All of our ingredients are delivered fresh every morning and then baked, roasted, chopped and sautéed
into what we happily serve our customers.
We offer a full range of breakfast dishes from light healthy options,
platters of freshly baked pastries and scones and more substantial
cooked items.

Our sandwiches are freshly made each morning using the finest
ingredients and deliver all the Wholefoods flavour and
goodness that you have come to expect from KC Peaches. Each
recyclable platter box contains a variety of six seasonal
delicious sandwiches.

• Irish artisan cheese & fruit platter
• Larder platter - House-roasted meats, artisan cheeses and sauces
• Italian platter - Salamis & cured meats, Italian cheeses, homemade olive tapenade and sun-dried tomato pesto
• Mediterranean platter - Sliced lemon & basil chicken, hummus, feta cheese, slow roasted tomatoes and mixed olives
• De-constructed Greek salad - Marinated flank steak, sliced cucumber, feta cheese, chopped tomatoes, olives and sliced red onion
• Irish seafood platter -Delicious and luxurious platter showcasing the very best of Irish seafood including smoked salmon, prawns, crab
claws and served with seasonal leaves, lemon wedges and marie-rose sauce
• De-constructed Cobb salad platter - Roasted chicken breast, smoked bacon, mixed greens, chopped tomatoes, Cashel Blue cheese, sliced
hard-boiled egg and fresh avocado served on a platter with homemade Ranch dressing on the side
As with all food made in KC Peaches our salads & sandwiches are part of
our Wholefoods menu – all fillings are freshly cooked, roasted, sliced and
diced and our breads come from an award winning artisan baker. They
are then delivered in a presentation box with complementary condiments
and napkins.

Our salads are made in our kitchen each morning using the best of seasonal fresh produce, below is a selection of our most popular salads.

• Waldorf salad - Grapes, celery, walnuts, apples, raisins, mayonnaise, salt, pepper
• West coast chicken salad - Chopped chicken breast, toasted cashews, seedless grapes, and celery dressed with a slightly sweet poppy-mayo

• Fresh broccoli salad - Broccoli tossed with red onions, raisins, sliced almonds and a slightly sweet mayonnaise based dressing
• Greek salad - Oak leaf and lollo rosso lettuce, tomato, feta cheese, cucumber, and black olives

• Bulgar wheat tabouli – Bulgar wheat tabouli seasoned with loads of fresh herbs and tossed with cucumber and tomato

Chocolate Chip and Cranberry and Oatmeal Cookies. Please enquire

We can coordinate every detail of your catering event including staff,
equipment hire and use of our charming loft space in our Dame Street
branch or in our ‘Wine Cave’ on Nassau Street.

Managing Director
Edel is a Masterchef
Ireland Finalist 2014, a passionate
foodie and coffee enthusiast with over
fifteen years experience in multisite café
management at directorship level.
Her cooking style is heavily influenced by
travel but remains focused on great local,
seasonal and fresh produce.
Katie founded KC Peaches in 2006
after she discovered a notable absence of
healthy, affordable fast food in Dublin. She
found herself hard-pressed to eat as she did in her
native Seattle with a focus on all natural, preservative-free fare. Katie has brought her passion for
wholefoods and understanding of culinary cultures to
life through KC Peaches and this is evident in the
seasonality and variety of her menus. Under her
direction the culture of KC Peaches has become
one of sustainability which supports local
Irish Artisan producers.

MCKERNAN
Head Savoury Chef
Loic started his life in
pastry early being a part of a
pastry & food family from Nice,
France. With more than fifteen years
experience in a number of cafés and five star
hotels, he has gained a wider experience and
specialized in different techniques in the art of
making pastry. Loic is a food lover who has a
passion for his craft. He has worked as head
pastry chef of KC Peaches for the past
seven years and greatly assisted in the
growth of the company from 1-4
locations.
Michèal has worked in a
number of prestigious kitchens
throughout Ireland and beyond
including stints at Admiralty in London,
The Brown Bear in Kildare and various Top
Hat restaurants in Australia. Michèal has
worked as Head Chef for the KC Peaches
Group in Dublin for over 5 years. He has
greatly assisted in the growth of the
company from 1 to 4 locations and is
responsible for some of our most
innovative menu offerings.
