Did you receive great member service or a particular product or service that has helped your life? Alaska USA wants to hear about it! Share your story by visiting alaskausa.org and clicking on “What’s your Alaska USA story?” in the bottom left-hand corner. Alaska USA member Gail from Seattle, Wash. recently shared her story: “I joined Alaska USA in 1994 through my job at the Salvation Army. I was a bank customer at the time, but closed my bank account because the fees were higher and the bank rejected my loan to buy a home. I haven’t used a bank since. I’m happy with Alaska USA because it’s more personable than a bank and the fees are lower. In 2009 I received a loan from the credit union for my SUV and another in 2010 to enter a training program.” Contact Information Alaska USA Federal Credit Union Visit alaskausa.org Call Member Service Center 563-4567 in Anchorage (800) 525-9094 outside Anchorage TTY/Hearing Impaired (800) 742-7084 Mail Alaska USA Federal Credit Union P.O.
