Not used as a tomb, KV-63 is in fact an embalmer’s cache from the New Kingdom, containing several coffins and many items used in mummification and burial. This presentation covers some of the work done by Dr. Otto Schaden and his crew in the seven years since the discovery and initial study of KV-63.
