Safety precautions
This radio control model is not a toy!
Not suitable for persons under 14 years!
First-time builders should seek advice people having
building experience in order to assemble the model
correctly and to produce its performance to full extent.
Assemble this kit only in places out of children’s reach!
Take enough safety precautions prior to operating this
model. You are responsible for this model’s assembly and
safe operation!
Always keep this instruction manual ready at hand for
quick reference, even after completing the assembly.

Safety Information
Flying models are not toys, and should only be operated by responsible clear thinking people. Assembling and maintaining models requires a basic level of technical skill, and a sensible logical
approach.
Sicherheitshinweise
Any error in building, repairing or maintaining the model could
result in serious injury or damage. Technical problems or an incorrectly assembled model may lead to the propeller unexpectedly beginning to turn. Always stay out of the vicinity of rotating propellers
and never allow any item to come into contact with a spinning
prop. As neither the manufacturer or the dealer has any influence
over the way that models are operated they can accept no responsibility for and damage caused.
If this model is the first radio controlled model which you are attempting to build or fly, you should secure the assistance of an experienced model pilot. Your local dealer will be able to assist you
in locating your local model aircraft club or experienced pilots in
your area. NEVER fly your model over people and never operate the
model in way which may endanger people or animals. Before your
first flight you should conduct a range check of the radio control
system, secure the model to a solid object, and ensure that you
have full control of all functions with the antennae collapsed over a
distance of at least 25 metres. Before and after every flight inspect
the model for damage, and rectify any faults before you attempt to
take off. The operator is responsible for any damage caused by the
operation of flying models.

Furthermore, the following instructions must be followed:
- The kit contains small parts which may cause choking if
swallowed, keep away from small children.
- The model should not be changed in any way, doing so will
invalidate the guarantee.
- Never come into contact with rotating parts.
- Do not fly over wet ground or grass as water will damage the
models electrical components
- Do not expose the model or batteries to direct sunlight, always
keep them in the shade.
- Inspect the model before and after every flight for damage.
- Only ever fly the model if it is in perfect working order.
- The model can only be flown in good weather. Do not fly in wind,
rain or thunder storms.
- Find a place to fly which complies with any laws, and is free from
obstacles such as trees, houses or power cables.
- Remember that your model is made from such materials as
plastic and wood, and as such is inflammable. Keep it away from
any open flame, or high temperatures.
- When operating the model, switch on the transmitter first and
then the aircraft, switch off in the reverse order.
- Always ensure that the throttle stick is in the low position before
you switch on.
Always observe any local laws regarding the operation of model
aircraft.

financial or theoretical nature.

In some countries it is a legal requirement to carry third Party
indemnity insurance when operating a radio controlled model. Please ask your local dealer, governing body or your insurance company for details.
JAMARA e.K. will accept no claim against it which results directly or
indirectly from the operation or use of ist products. Your Statutory
Rights apply, any claim made against us will be based solely on the
retail price of the product, and limited to the model only. This will
not apply if we are proved to be legally responsible or when gross
negligence can be proved.
Attention!
Switch the transmitter on first then the model.
When you are finisished first switch off the model then the
transmitter.

Kit Contents:
• CNC LASER cut formers and ribs, strip wood, selected light
weight balsa sheet and aircraft grade plywood.
• Fitting kit including wheels, undercarriage, horns and hinges.
• Clear canopy.

1. Glue the rings on the holes
2. Now insert the drive-in nut.
3. Glue the battery support in a right angle to the frame.
The holes for servos on the workbench.

Other frames can also be glued. Make sure the battery sup
port stays in a right angle.

5. Apply the side piece and glue. The front piece is later taken off to make room for the battery

7. Both wing supports are glued and leave to dry.
8. Rear and front fuselage pieces are put together as shown.
9. First of all, only glue the side pieces to the front and leave to
dry.
10. When pulling together, glue the the last ribs first. Make sure
all is aligned! A line to align the ribs is helpful at this stage.
The last rib should be 100% vertical.

11. Fuselage, upper part:
Use 3 mm ply on the left and right side and it is lapping over.
The fin is later fitted in the gap.
12. Straighten the fuselage borders and glue to the grooves.
The front lower fuselage is covered with 2 mm balsa and sanded the edges to the sides around

15. The fuselage sides are reinforced with 1.5 mm ply parts to
hold the swing tail.
Now the lower small frame and the rear fuselage (1.5 mm
balsa) are glued in place.
16. The fuselage nose is applied in layers and later sanded.
Apply the ring as shown.
The adapters are a longer in the lower part compared to the upper part.
Down thrust is set at 5 - 7˚ up.

17. Start assembly from the middle and move to the right/ left
from there.
18. The layers should overlap each other.
19. The fuselage nose sanded.
20. Now the rear fuselage piece is covered. Use a sheet of balsa
and glue to the bottom edge.
21. Use a wet cloth and glue glue to the top in the middle.
22. The front fuselage is covered with 2mm balsa and the edges
are sanded round.

26. As a pivot, a 4 mm aluminum rod is fitted with a plywood
control horn (2 x 1.5 mm) with 5min. Epoxy. The rudder horn
is vertical to the fin. Fill the groove, completely with rod and
resin.
27. a) b) c) 28. So side movement is avoided the large ply-rings are now put into place. These are only glued to the vertical fin from the outside.
Push the elevator right into the „V“.
Insert the ply-rings from the top, turn and glue to
fuselage side.
The vertical fin should be able to be moved up and down
but not to the back.

29. Ready assembled pivot-system
30. You can use a pole as shown for the controls.
For example: made of 2x3mm balsa (hard) with spring wire
in-between. The linkage to the elevator has to be stable once
tension is applied and should not deform.
31. Zero clearance fitted linkage.
32. Recommendation: Accurate Digital mini servo.
33. Glue ply braces to the wing spar on both sides.
34. The first ply rib is glued in a right angle.

35. Further ribs are applied to the wing spar in order R9. The last
rib is glued and the others aligned.
36. The servo bay is glued to the underside
37. The first rib is now glued after a 1,5 mm is put under it. This
will help to keep them ribs aligned.
38. The small dummy rib is now glued to the underside.
39. The lower cover is cut out.
40. When covering, place a 1,5 mm piece of wood underneath.
The wings get their cant that way.

41. The aileron border is slided in the grooves and glued.
42. The aileron is later taken from the two ribs
43. The tip is now glued together made from 2 x 6 mm balsa.
44. The wing parts are now covered in the inner/ lower part.
45. For the wing screws underline the back border approx
25 mm.
46. The upper part can now be covered. The nose edge is then
applied.

48. The edges are sanded
49. The connection rod is made of 2x 1,5 mm ply which is also
used on the plane. Slot it in once ready.
50. Glue both parts of the wings together.

52. After the edges between ribs and border are reinforced with small balsa triangles, the ailerons can be taken out.

53. Overlying rib material can now be sanded.
54. So the covering foil does not crease in the region of the
aileron, a “frame” is build for the rudder horn made of
1,5 mm balsa. Once the covering is done, the pocket can be
cut out and the rudder horn glued into place.
55. The ailerons can be reinforced with diagonal “ribs” to make it buckling resistant.
56. Finished model.
