HUBY & SUTTON ON THE FOREST
AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY LTD
Much work has gone on behind the scenes this winter by the Show committee with
some new faces. I have been so impressed by their work- done with such enthusiasm.
It has been a pleasure to work with them, and I am sure that we will benefit on the
showday. The work done by Ruth Snowden, Gill Helliwell, and Cathy Prowde led by
new Show Secretary Rachel Hetherington, particularly in the field of Marketing &
Sponsorship is amazing.
By moving the show date we will attract more visitors, and involve the local
community, schools & farmers. The committee have worked hard to refresh the whole
atmosphere of the show, with a lot of changes, and new attractions set up. Whether
you are a visitor or an exhibitor I do hope you come & enjoy the day- our aim is to
make the event a happy one.
Looking forward to a sunny successful Show.
Willie Anderson
Chairman of the Council
