The heart of a Total Care Package is your individualized
Customer Support Agreement (CSA). A CSA can take many
forms, from a simple arrangement to cover Planned
Maintenance, to an all encompassing Total Maintenance and
Repair (TM&R) agreement. We’ll take the time to gain a detailed
understanding of your company, then we’ll sit down with you to
learn your needs and goals. Based on that information, we’ll
write up an agreement that guarantees your maintenance and
repair costs for a designated period of time.
