Summary:
• The test shows that hybrid ceramic - compared to the comparatively stiff
zirconia - absorbs or reduces forces (70 percent).
• In addition, VITA ENAMIC - compared to glass ceramic and gold - also reveals
a higher capacity of absorption of masticatory forces.

Summary:
• The results indicate that occlusal forces applied are distributed over a relative
large contact surface for VITA ENAMIC.
• In addition, the force is more evenly distributed so that excess loading in
individual areas is avoided.

• References for dynamic load tests indicate a level of permanent loading of
approx. 400 N for zirconia abutments on implants.*
