In addition to the state services her offices provide, Major has also teamed up with the
American Legion to provide
assistance to veterans seeking
information on VA benefits
and services. This service is
available in her Honesdale

The Forest City Lions Club
would like to thank Anthony
Dell’Aquila , owner of Elegante Restaurant, and members of
the Forest City Regional High
School Honor Society for their
participation in the Lions Club
pancake breakfast on April
24, 2016. Their dedicated and
selfless service ensured the
success of this fund-raiser. Anthony provided an alternate
location for the breakfast, as
the American Legion Hall was
no longer available to host the
event. His expertise in food
preparation also helped the
day go very smoothly. Members of the Forest City National Honor Society (specifically,
Maria Montauredes, Emily
Lewis, Mickaylah Rutledge,
Heather Agentovich, Allison
Lipko, Joseph Piotrowski,
and Jared Paulin) provided
a much-needed boost to the
Lions Club work force, as the
students assisted with every
facet of the breakfast event. A
heartfelt thanks from the Forest City Lions Club goes out
to all who participated and
supported the event. It was
refreshing to see members of
the community pull together
for this event. The Lions Club
has been a strong supporter
of the Forest City Library, and
well as other local charitable
causes.
