Ageing maceration for 15 days followed by ageing in temperature controlled stainless steel vats Ageing potential Ready to drink now, this wine will keep for 2 to 3 years Tasting In Pays d'Oc, Merlot offers surprising depth and an intensive dark ruby robe. It is silky and smooth and melts marvellously on the palate, offering aromas of red fruit, along with a touch of cherry and raspberry. Vegetal and spicy touches give these wines their Mediterranean feel. Food pairing Serve with delicatessen and grilled meat.
