Women’s Wellbeing Matters Good health is about a feeling of well-being in our bodies, our emotions and our spirits. Women have the right to feel confident and to be assertive about what we need. This builds emotional well-being. Our feelings of well-being can be influenced by things like television and magazine images of women; our work place; money problems; housing issues and our friends and family. We can increase our health and well-being by building on the strengths and skills we already have.
