Long track record in Transportation and Installation of offshore structures in Oil and Gas Industry Entered Offshore Wind business in 2009 with the installation of monopile foundations for the SSE Greater Gabbard project in UK Owner of 2 high specification Heavy Lift Vessels • Oleg Strashnov • Stanislav Yudin Seaway Heavy Lifting – Offshore Wind Experience • Offshore wind installation experience • Over 400 foundations • 14 AC substation jackets and topsides • 3 met masts • 2 HVDC converter station jackets • 1st HVDC float-over deck completed in 2014 • Current backlog of projects in offshore wind: • • • • • Statoil Dudgeon foundations and substations Dong Energy Race Bank, Burbo Bank and Walney substations Energienet substation Iberdrola Wikinger substation Vattenfall sandbank substation Consolidation of Subsea 7 Renewables into SHL In January 2013 SHL shareholders decided to consolidate Subsea7 renewable activities in Seaway Heavy Lifting. • Subsea 7 personnel seconded into SHL • Subsea 7 will provide Project Management, engineering and technical expertise into SHL on a long term basis • SHL Management team expanded Subsea 7 Capability Beatrice - Contracting Structure and scope PACKAGES – 3 LOTS SPLIT EPCI Siemens Wind Power WTGs DESIGN SUPPLY INSTALL DESIGN SUPPLY INSTALL ARRAY CABLES DESIGN SUPPLY INSTALL OSP, POWER SYSTEMS, ELECTRICAL BOP DESIGN SUPPLY DESIGN SUPPLY FOUNDATIONS & SUBSTRUCTURES SHL Scope EXPORT CABLES Siemens Energy Management INSTALL INSTALL - SHL Beatrice project locations - Glasgow – co-located in SSE Waterloo street office - Aberdeen – based in Subsea 7 Westhill campus - Zoetermeer NL – main SHL corporate office Title Presentation 21 September 2015 7 Procurement and Subcontracting SHL Procurement strategy is mainly centered around the procurement of cable supply & installation services and foundation supply & fabrication services. • Time scale: cable and fabrication services have been tendered and are under evaluation. • SHL is always interested, especially for the Beatrice Project and the other Scottish projects, to make use of suppliers in the region where possible and convenient for SHL. • In order to become involved as a local supplier SHL advise you to visit our stand for a short introduction chat. • You can introduce your company and explain how to contribute your companies value to SHL project(s). • We therefore would like to invite you to fill in all necessary (key) information about your company, such as: Company name, contact persons, (core) business, etc.. • Depending on your core business SHL could invite you to provide us with information, prices, etc., or introduce you to our principle subcontractors. 9 21/09/2015
