The Wooden Frock is adapted from the Cinderella family of stories. Dark, dangerous and delightful, Kneehigh Theatre brings this intoxicating folk story to vivid life. Louise Kate Dance is very pleased to present its adaptation of the much loved fairytale Cinderella. This year the school has decided to put on a full production of Prokofiev’s ballet in which the pupils will be able to show off their talents to friends and family. This production is an exciting challenge for the school and everyone has worked hard to produce an amazing show which they hope will be enjoyed by all. Girls Like That is an urgent and explosive play that explores gender equality and the pressures on today's digital generation. A naked photo of Scarlett goes viral. YEAR 10 EXAM WORK WOODBRIDGE SCHOOL Year 10 pupils will be performing extracts from Mark Wheeler’s ‘Too Much Punch for Judy’, documenting the effects of drink-driving. The school performs a show every year, where pupils have the opportunity of showcasing their syllabus through the magic of a story. This year the Ipswich branch is performing The Snow Queen, a magical story of good triumphing over evil in a world of eternal winter created by an evil Snow Queen. A dancing display by young stars aged between 3 & 18 from Sidegate Lane and Chantry Dance Classes, performing to songs from musicals such as ‘The Jersey Boys’, ‘Joseph’ and ‘We Will Rock You’ to name but a few. Let’s Dance Disney By Kesgrave Co-op Dancing Class. This year we have chosen a Disney theme, which is very popular with all the pupils. Pupils can join from the age of 4 years upwards and enjoy learning all aspects of dance. NOISES OFF DEBEN PLAYERS Winner of the Oliver and Evening Standard awards for Best Comedy, this celebrated play serves up a riotous double bill – a play within a play. Hurtling along at breakneck speed it follows the backstage antics of a touring theatre company as they stumble their way through rehearsals to a shambolic first night and a final disastrous performance. N.B - see all six plays and get to vote for the audience award by buying (by april 29th) a discounted season ticket for the princely sum of £42! equal to £7 a show. There is a fully licensed bar which normally opens an hour before the advertised performance time. Interval drinks may be pre-ordered from the bar. Please note that smoking is not permitted in any part of the Seckford Theatre.
