THE DISTRICT PROMENADE Tustin, California The Tustin Legacy Center is part of the 1.1 million square foot U.S. Marine Corps Air Station transformation in Tustin, California. Featuring themed fountains, outdoor seating with fireplaces, special hardscape, lighting, and other streetscape elements, this community development is a major retail and entertainment destination. COUNTRYSIDE MARKETPLACE Menifee, California Countryside Marketplace is a 68-acre retail center that includes 35 buildings and is home to marketplace anchors Target, Kohl’s, and Lowe’s, in addition to such major retailers as BevMo, Staples, PetSmart, Sports Chalet and Old Navy. It features a food court with outdoor seating, fireplaces, and themed water features. Lyle Parks Jr., Construction handled all site utilities, grading, paving, landscaping, and constructing the TJ Maxx, Michaels, and village buildings. GALAXY THEATER Hollywood, California The Galaxy Theater conversion project transformed an existing sloped-floor theater into a new 50,000 square foot fitness center. Lyle Parks Jr., Construction completed all structural upgrades, demolishing a 35,000 square foot museum space, creating a new exterior open air courtyard with new pavers and stairway cladding as well as constructing the shell for the new Fresh & Easy and DSW. CAMARILLO PROMENADE Camarillo, California Camarillo Promenade, an upscale Mediterranean style outlet center, expands the existing 454,000 square foot Premium Outlets by 220,000 square feet and adds 45 high-end retailers, including Neiman Marcus Last Call, Aldo, GAP, Tommy Bahama & Saks Fifth Avenue-Off 5th. Lyle Parks Jr., Construction handled all site work for this 34-acre property, as well as construction of the retail buildings. EASTVALE GATEWAY Mira Loma, California Eastvale Gateway is an 80-acre power center that took shape over an extended five-year build-out. It is now home to such big-name tenants as Home Depot, Target, Staples, Kohl’s, Best Buy, Sports Chalet, and Borders Books, as well as a 14-screen movie theater and food court.
