Hickory Bridal Show offers you marketing tools to reach hundreds of brides through our website, through social media, flyer distribution throughout our area, and best of all, a booth at the wedding show where the brides come to you. 74 South at Moretz Mills is quickly becoming the areas top choice for weddings and receptions. With over 12,000 square feet, this recently remodeled venue offers an unprecedented atmosphere and historic charm along with beautiful lighting and great acoustics which make it the perfect place to host a wedding show. 74 South is conveniently located to Interstate 40, Business 321, and Highway 127. Sincerely, Carol Amrani & Debby Mullins Hickory Bridal Show • (828) 322-7310 ext.205 • Carol@MoretzMills.com 74 8th Street SE • Suite #203 • Hickory, NC 28602 • Lenoir-Rhyne Blvd • HickoryBridalShow.com 2 Exhibitor Details • The Hickory Bridal Show, Sunday, August 28th, 2016 will be held at 74 South at Moretz Mills from 1:00pm-5:00pm. • The Hickory Bridal Show presenting sponsors include 74 South at Moretz Mills, Dream Catchers Flowers & Events, It’s My Party Rentals, and The Formal Showcase. • Standard booths are typically in a row and consist of a 10’ x 10’ space with 3’ black pipe & drape on the right and left sides, one 8’ rectangular table with one 90” x 156” white table cloth, and two brushed gold chiavari chairs. • Website links to your website are (show’s website and facebook page) included in your registration fee. • Monthly features of your business on the (show’s facebook page) are included in your registration fee. • Following the show you will receive a detailed lead list which will include all of the pre-registered brides and day of the show registered brides. • The Hickory Bridal Show is the exclusive wedding show in Catawba County. The show will attract area brides and grooms along with their family and friends. Being a vendor at The Hickory Bridal Show will bring added visibility and opportunities for your business. • The Formal Showcase will do a fashion show of the latest gowns and formal wear during the show. • Each vendor will be required to donate one door prize valued at $100. The door prize donated can not be attached to any type of purchase whether a service or material. Door prize announcements will occur throughout the day for the brides & grooms during the show. • One $500 prize will be awarded via drawing of registered attendees during the event. • If for any reason you need to cancel your space(s) up to 31 days prior to the show, you will be entitled to a 50% refund. • If for any reason you need to cancel your space(s) within 30 days (1 month) prior to the show no refunds will be given. • Dress Code is business attire. To reserve your booth space, please fill out the Vendor Application indicating 3 general booth choices/areas. Booths are placed on a first come first serve basis and will be reserved by receipt of your completed Application, signed Terms and Conditions page and Payment. Upon receipt of your completed Vendor Application, Terms and Conditions page and Payment, your booth space will be reserved. We will do our best to place you in one of your requested options. You may email or mail to the address below to begin securing your booth space. 1. Booth space is not secured without 74 South at Moretz Mills’ receipt of a completed Vendor Application, signed Terms & Conditions Pages, and full payment of $175 exibitor fee. 2. Exhibitor Packet (detailed show information) will be mailed on or before 6/1/2016 or upon Completed Registration (if after 6/1/16 date). Information will also be posted online at HickoryBridalShow.com. 3. Booth placement is not guaranteed. We will do our best to secure one of your three requested booth choices. Booth placement depends on availability and location of similar currently registered vendors. 4. Booth Sharing is Prohibited! No products, signs, or printed materials representing businesses not holding a booth in the current show may be displayed or distributed in your booth. Any such materials found in the booth are subject to removal until the end of the show. This includes but not limited to: flowers by..., frames done by...., etc. This also includes publications or any printed materials of companies not exhibiting in the show. 5. It is sometimes necessary to adjust booth spaces and they may be moved without notice. We will contact you at our earliest convenience. 6. Your Company Name will be listed as you have stated in the Company Name field on the Vendor Application unless 74 South at Moretz Mills is otherwise notified. Once the show program has been sent for production your name will be listed as it is on the Vendor Roster provided in the Vendor Application. 7. When staffing your booth for the show, all participants are responsible for show Rules & Guidelines. 8. Don’t let an empty booth become a missed opportunity- Please have continuous staff on hand throughout the entirety of the show. 9. After you unload your vehicle you must move it from the dock area. You will be towed if you do not move. 10.Show Décor is available through It’s My Party Inc. 11.Vendor set up is on Sunday August 28th, 2016 from 8:00am-12:00pm. It is very important that you checkin at the designated 74 South at Moretz Mills registration table upon arrival and prior to set up. All vendors must be present at their booth by 12:30pm. 12.All food samples being distributed must be sample size portions and must be approved by submitting food samples planned to Carol Amrani at Carol@MoretzMills.com before Monday, August 22, 2016. Please bring trash cans for your sample / wrapper disposal. 13.Music / Sound from your booth is prohibited. 14.Your booth space is a 10x10 booth and you must maintain the 10x10 space which you have reserved. You will be asked to move within the allotted 10x10 space if you have extended past your boundaries. Failure to do so may require confiscation of equipment beyond the boundary until the end of the show. Please plan, decorate & staff your space accordingly as to not “overload” your booth. 15.No solicitation of business outside of your booth area. Vendors are only allowed to solicit business within your booth area. 16.All Exhibitors that participate in The Hickory Bridal Show are eligible to receive the Bride Lead List. Exhibitors are asked not to provide the Bride lead list to non-exhibitors. If any exhibitor provides the database to outside show companies, this exhibitor will not be allowed to exhibit in future shows. The lead list has been “seeded” by 74 South at Moretz Mills to follow the trail of the list. 17.In an effort to be considerate of other vendors and guests visiting the show floor, absolutely no breakdown should begin before 5pm. Use every available minute to take advantage of this great marketing opportunity. 18.Provide a copy of Certificate of Insurance for Commercial General Liability coverage with Moretz Mills, LLC; Moretz Events, LLC; and Moretz Property Management, LLC shown as additional insured parties (please contact your insurance agent with any questions). 19.Terms and Conditions are governed by NC law.
