Bumper and plastic repair has just taken a major step forward.
The electric Hot Stapler from Welzh Werkzeug creates a strong,
structural repair while still maintaining flexibility to allow
for proper fitting of components and bumpers.
The Hot Stapler uses heat to embed a staple into the
plastic to ‘stitch’ tears in plastic back together. Broken
fittings on headlight assemblies, torn tabs, or any other plastic component are no longer a problem
with original strength restored. Broken fittings on headlight assemblies or any plastic component
can be repaired using one of the three types of staples included with the kit.

Turn on the power source first,
install the plastic stapler upon
confirming temperature
Fix the staple above the surface
of the reinforcement, then press
the start of the switch to insert
the staple

When the staple has been inserted
into the best depth, wait for 2 to 3
seconds to let the staple cool
down, then remove the control bar
Use pliers to cut off the coming
out two pins of the staple. Be
cautious about the cut off pins
will fly around. Note: use
protection board to cover
